The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and the facilities were very clean. The hotel matched the description on the website and post was very representative. It is about 4km from the Ciampino airport, which makes it very convenient to spend a night before your flight.
The only downside of the hotel is also an advantage, which is the location. It is located in an industrial area near the airport, which makes it easier to reach the airport, but harder to reach places you may want to visit in Rome. The only nearby restaurant is MacDonalds.

We did not stay much at the hotel, however, when we stranded the staff was available 24/7 and provided great help with locating taxis for us during the night. Special thanks to Adolfo. :) Aside from that the room was clean, had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Furthermore, the staff spoke English well so communication was easy.

Missed our flight so needed to stay overnight in Ciampino. Late reservation for 3 single beds in a room was not a problem. Reception staff nice and helpful. Room was well laid out and spacious. Breakfast available for a small fee

Staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel is very close to Ciampino airport and was perfect for an overnight stay. Breakfast was decent and room was clean
From the outside the hotel looks old and a bit shady, but inside it gets better. Nothing too fancy, but clean & nice.

The bed wasnt that great gave me a backache No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The reception charged us for the coffee even though the coffee was supposed to be free.

Well presented property, clean, well equipped. Friendly and accommodating service, facilitated late check-in as well as taxi order for an early departure from Ciampino.
The location is a little... interesting, but for proximity to the airport you can't fault it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially I would like to say thank you to Alessandro at reception for ensuring I had everything I need and all flight/Covid test related issues went as smooth as possible. Hotel was very tidy and organized. Room well equipped with all necessary appliances. Very close to airport.

I stayed there because I had a very early flight. Hotel very good and nice staff. Efficient taxi service to airport. Recommend. I would stay there again.
