The room was spacious and the staff was super kind. There was a big private balcony and a nice coffee machine in the room, with 1 capsule per person already available. The bathroom was clean and the breakfast was well varied. The location of the stay is close to the airport (7 minutes away from Ciampino Airport with bus or Taxi). The taxi fare was around 20 EUR as it was a night fare.

Honest review for the owners for a small improvement: We really understand the reason behind all the announced papers about the clothing in the common areas and noise regulations (as we can imagine that you've dealt with many people), but one paper on the door could have been enough to pass the message without making your beautiful establishment cluttered with papers. Other than that, no complaints at all, everything was great.

Everything was exactly how they said it is. There is no AC, but there is a fan in the room. No big towels, but small ones that can also be used for the shower. Bathroom is fully equipped (shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, etc). Also, very clean and close to the train station and bus stop to the airport. Theres is coffee station and packed breakfast to go if you have to leave early.

Good location if you travel to Rome and have a late-night flight or if you travel to Rome on a budget as Rome Termni is 15 min away by train, which is very cheap. The apartement is located 5 min walking from the train station

Close to airport, but difficult to get a taxi as most taxis prefer to travel to Rome. Uber not available. Only option was to download FreeNow and order taxi via them

Excellent communication from the host from the minute of booking. Very clean room and good location for the airport, just a 15 minute walk to the bus station and the bus takes 10 minutes to the airport. Lovely coffee machine in room for the morning, very grateful for this.

Although the advert says no air con in room I underestimated how hot the room would be, very very stuffy and uncomfortable. There was a fan but because the room was so hot it didn’t make a difference.

The room was nice, breakfast was a small snack. Good location, near the airport, as my flight got delayed I needed a quick backup place to stay for the night. The host was very welcoming and nice.

The neighbourhood seemed sketchy and getting in and out of the hotel was a hassle.

Our host was the nicest one ever, what we had. The breakfast was already prepared for us in the room, good coffee, jams and toast as well. Location is perfect, it is possible to go quick to the airport, even in the early morning. Quick and easy communication with the host, highly recommend!

Shared bathroom - but very clean! The bed mattresses could be newer, but altogether it was a nice sleep, nothing to mention what could be better!

Great location 5 min walk from Ciampino train station. Very comfortable room in an apartment, big bed, all the necessary amenities and a breakfast station in the room, with coffee machine, kettle and snacks for breakfast. Shared bathroom. The host was very lovely. Recommend for a stay.

Location was a little out of the way but was close to the airport. Easy to get to and the host was amazing, couldn't have asked for better service. Room was clean so bed was so comfortable, would recommend stating here and would definitely stay here again.

The host was super friendly and very welcoming. I only stayed for one night but I can say it was very quiet and enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also good with different options at your choice. I would recommend this place, especially if you are looking for a place near Ciampino airport.

Too many posters around the room remembering you that you must stay quiet. A bit stressing
