Clean, comfortable and centrally located—easy to get around by public transport to all the main attractions. Staff super friendly and helpful, with rooms fully serviced every day. Great place for solo traveller.

The soap and little bottle of body soap/hairwash were replaced every day, despite being enough for 3 or 4 days. A bit of a waste! But this is a minor thing, I guess better to replace than risk it running out.

We enjoyed our time here at the hotel. Although it may seem far from the city center, a bus that stops in the center is only a 2-minute walk from the accommodation. The ladies changed the towels every day, and they were clean. I am pleased with how tidy the place is overall. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Without a doubt, we'll stay here again if we decide to visit Milan once more.

It was clean and quiet, staff was nice, location, if not in the center, was easily reachable, had a tiny balcony.

the smell in the bathroom. The place is clean, you can see that it is not neglectfulness, but the smell is very awful . the single bed is a little small, even for a single bed. the room is small, which is fine, but is packed with big furnitures. I think a smaller furniture to put you clothes in would benefit this room.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as you have the bus and the metro nearby (city center, main station,...). The room was clean and the room service cleaned up every day. Also the reception is available 24/7 and the people are very friendly and help you with everything you need (directions, recommendations,...). A supermarket is around the corner.

Really good location you can use public transport, because the bus and tram stations are really close to the hotel. Supermarket was also close by. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned everyday. We could leave our luggages at reception before check-in and after check-out.

Claiming the noise of airconditioner and small size of shower-bath would not be fair againts 2 stars Hotel. It is really good at all.

I liked the room and bathroom. It was a very clean room, the staff were very friendly but the Hotel was a little far out.

I didn't like the fact that some of the room furniture was dark and that it wasn't that easy to get light in the room without it affecting a person's privacy.

Nice size of bedroom with a double and a single bed, have a small fridge, air-conditioning, balcony, nice size of bathroom with a nice shower. Reception 24/7 and they were all very proactive.

Not that I didn't like, the location is in a more quiet and residential area. It's a good 30 to 35 minutes walk to town, nothing major.

The staff was very helpful. Nice clean room, good beds and efficient air-conditioning. They has a nice website with information about the city and transportation.

The breakfast could include some vegetables and salty options. Now the major dish was cakes. A bit noisy.

The room has a comfortable bed and the bathroom was perfectly clean. Location of the hotel is near by a city centre. Receptionist was polite and very helpful (he also gave us a map of centre).

Missing vegetable at the breakfast, but considerating the price it is suitable for it.

It is quite difficult to identify the building where the hotel is located since there is no big sign with the hotel name. Also there are many hotels in the same space, a bit confusing.

Everything was ok, the building walls a little thin.
