Because I told the hotel it was my wife's birthday, the reception was very friendly and gave us a bottle of good wine as a present. The room and the bed were so comfortable that we slept well and preferred to lie on the bed longer. The reception offered chocolate of good taste, but the water boiler seemed old

The water boiler and the coffee machine did not work very well.

First time in Milan. The hotel is cozy and beautiful. However, is the staff that makes the place feel like home. Everyone is attentive, respectful and professional. Mr. Alvin was amazing. He gave me tips to go to different places others than that touristic ones. He and the staff made my stay a great one.

it feels like a home not a hotel, even the breakfast room makes you feel like you’re having a family breakfast with the residents, which is a one of a kind experience. all the staff are friendly, and are helpful regarding trips in Italy. hotel is near the domo which is 20 mins walk. neighborhood is very safe and friendly. our room was great! the extra sofa bed is very roomy as well which is not expected. room has everything working well, heater and ac working perfectly. house keeping were great too.

just a preference, would love it more if they had a bidet or shattaf for the residents who prefer that.

The rooms and building is nice and cozy. The hotel is 3 minutes walk to the bus station / Bus 54 that brings you to Duomo. The staff is super friendly especially Claire at the reception and Alvin in the breakfast service. The breakfast is fantastic. Dogs are welcome in the hotel but not in the breakfast room and it makes sense. It is a small room. If you like to walk you can walk to the city center it is only a 30 minutes walk. We liked it.

the hotel does not have parking spaces, you need to park your car in a private parking close to the hotel, where the carrefour supermarket is, the Price is 20 EUR / day - too expensive .

Located in a quiet neighborhood but still central and well connected with the public transportaion to reach every part in the city. The bus station was like 4 minutes walk and the Subway around 8 minutes. My flight to Milan was quite early in the morning so i arrived the hotel alread at 10:30 and planned to leave my luggage there, go eat somewhere and then come back for the check-in time. The super friendly lady at the desk (without me asking) arranged me already a room at 11:00! for me it was really amazimg cause i was so exausted after a sleeples night. More than that, all the stuff there were super friendly and helpfull. Absolutely over the top! The room was also very clean and comfortable.

The WiFi connection was very poor and i had to use a lot my mobile Data. But it something that can be improved. I would definitely recommand.

The location was pretty good, quite & safe in the east of Milan. You just pick up the bus 54 or 60 and you arrive in the Center in a few minutes! For families with baby stroll the bus is the best way to move around. The room was spacious and clean , they change towels every day. The owners ,2 young guys, were friendly and kind , willing to provide any help you may need. The breakfast was nice and available for much time in case you want to enjoy your bed more. The staff was very courteous and diligent. The room had a walk-in closet and a living room area with a sofa bed which is perfect if you have kids. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was complete and even provided vegan and gluten free options. The hotel has an arrangement with a nearby parking which worked perfect with our stay. We walked to the downtown in 15 min and there were plenty of options to eat and things to do around.

I have to say we only had good experiences in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel 20 minutes walking distance from Duomo. Room was big inough for 2 adults and 2 children. Althought room was on the street it was cozy and we slept well. The older waiter in the hotel restaurant was very kind and he was like soul of hotel.

Tv have only Italian programs😏

TownHouse33 is a lovely, small and pleasant hotel. The owners and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. It should be noted that it's situated in a residential part of Milan, 25-30 minutes walking distance to the Duomo on the one side and Milan Centrale station to the other side. But there are bus and tram stops conveniently located on either side of the street.

Love breakfast!!!! The selection, the fresh coffee and the gentleman that makes eggs and serves you! So friendly and welcoming!!!👍 the room was nice and clean… receptionist was sooo helpful, friendly and professional! One of the owners took care personally of one small issue. a/c working well!

Just an small issue in the bathroom sink and Pierre personally made sure it was fix to our satisfaction.
