Hotel Delizia

The hotel was sufficient for 2 nights stay in Milan. Room had a nice balcony and clean. Location was quiet and has good transport links from the airport and central station. Would definitely stay in this area again. The best part of the hotel was the staff who were very welcoming and accommodating. They gave helpful recommendations and were very accommodating. Breakfast was also good - coffee, pastries, etc. We will stay again in this hotel if we find ourselves in Milan again.

The location was amazing, the staff were unfailingly kind and friendly and super helpful and the breakfast and cappuccinos were so fantastic.

I am a person with a chronic migraine disorder which makes me incredibly sensitive to scent. The detergent that they use on the bedding was highly perfumed to the point where after two days I actually took it to a laundromat and had to wash it myself so I could sleep for the remaining five nights. The staff were incredibly kind and understanding about it and it’s not a problem I’ve ever had at a hotel, but if you’re someone that is scent sensitive, keep it in mind. Didn’t bother my husband at all so it was very much me.

We spent the last 2 days of our 3 week trip in this little hotel to be close to Linate Airport and having the chance to do some work remotely and explore the center of Milan without spending too much on accomodations. Before arrival we communicated to the hotel via booking.com that we would arrive earlier than the checking time and they were able to give us our room around the time requested, without extra charge. We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the metro station and being 15 min from the airport. The hotel is small, the rooms are small but this was not an issue since pictures are accurate. The staff was super friendly, the room was very clean, and we felt safe walking at night from and to the metro station. We were able to get around Milan without issues. I was also able to hold my teams video calls without issues. The concierges were very helpful when we asked for options to go to the airport since we had a early flight and the metro was closed at this time. They offered a front desk service to order a taxi via a terminal that takes credit cards which was useful since we ran out of euros by the end of our trip, we didn't end up using it since there is a night bus service that is 6 min walking from the hotel that takes you right to the airport. We would stay here again if we are spending a couple nights in Milan :)

The only thing that we would have liked is that they communicated that there were mosquitos in the area, it was not a big deal but one night we forgot to close the windows and mosquitos were in the room. Other than that, the hotel was great.

The hotel was very well connected with the Milano Linate airport and the city centre. It took us only 10 min by bus to get to the bus stop located just a few minutes away from the hotel. Staff members were extremely kind, hospitable and helpful. They welcomed us with a delicious cup of coffee, recommended great restaurants and breakfast places, and lent us an umbrella when it rained outside. They definitely exceeded our expectations! We very much recommend this hotel and we'll probably come back one day when we plan another trip to Milan!

Delizia hotel is wonderful place were guests are welcomed with heart. The receptionists are super nice and very helpful. They really made my stay in Milano superb! The hotel is placed in good location close to metro station that makes it easy to get to the city as well to the airport. Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. The coffee for breakfast is a real Italian coffee. For sure I will come back to the same hotel in Milano.

The staff were very helpful and really goes for an extra mile with their service and for your comfort. Room is basic but very clean. Clean towels are provided everyday. Breakfast is the standard breakfast: croissant, cold cuts, cheese, coffee, tea, juice; for the price, it's already a winner! It is very accessible, you can easily walk to catch a bus or metro/subway. Its also near the center of Milan. Would definitely return!

Ricky is an asset to this hotel. He is courteous, helpful & goes out of his way to ensure your needs are met & to ensure your stay is memorable. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Very resourceful with his knowledge of Milan & ensures you have a enjoyable stay.

Only negative comment is that the breakfast doesn’t cater for people with food intolerances such as people who are lactose & gluten intolerant

people were friendly, the location, breakfast not included was good, clean & room size was ok. had good tv. shower gel, moisturiser was given as well as water which was nice. can call taxis which was convenient. can have tea & coffee at reception to take later into the room.

bathroom very small, too many towels & large bath sheet, which is too much for small bathroom. pls include tissues in room.

The location is good, near the bus stop. Quiet hotel. There is no lift upstairs. The staff is very kind. The shower room is very nice. It took 10-20min to the city centre (Duomo) or central station. It is very nice to take a bus to Litena airport (5 min by walk).

I had an amazing time in Delizia Hotel. The location is great, you can walk to the city centre or take a train, tram or bus. Everything is very close. The room was beautiful and very clean, I even had my own balcony in the double room. The staff is beyond nice, the atmosphere is very cozy and happy. They help with anything you need, and you can also leave the luggage at the reception if you come early or want to stay longer after the check out. I definitely recommend the hotel for both weekend travellers or those staying longer. It will make your stay in Milano even more memorable.
