Ai Suma Hotel

The rooms are a good size and very clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was wonderful with so many choices- probably the best we have had in all of our travels. And the hotel is ideally situated close to the Metro, supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars.

Couldn’t really fault it but minor points were - a couple of hooks to hang toiletry bags in the bathroom would have been useful. And most of the sockets in our room were not compatible with our European adapter plugs.

Nice hotel in a good location. Little bit unusual in that it is set into a building rather than a standalone hotel but not an issue In practice. On a busy street so a bit of noise if you are trying to nap in the day but dead quiet at night which was a relief. Very clean, nice breakfast, Netflix, friendly staff, fair price. Decent bars, restaurants, supermarkets nearby and close to a metro station. Would have been nice to have a kettle and complementary bottle of water. No issues overall

you gotta consider that you enter through a balcony and it is naaarrow, if you have a lot of bags or cannot fully move or are not strong, you might need help - it is 24/7 open but the street door is closed so you need to ring the bell

The hotel is in a really convenient location on a small, charming street. There are really nice restaurants and bars nearby. It’s also not far from the central train station-but in a much nicer area. You can walk to the Duomo in about 20mins too.The staff are very helpful and friendly too. The rooms are a nice size, very clean, with fresh modern decor.

Amazing! Small family run with such amazing character. Very clean and beautifully located. we couldn’t fault it! We stupidly left our passports in the safe when we drove on to Rome but they couldn’t have been more helpful. Securing a courier so send them on to us and liaising with our hotel in Rome so make sure they got there safely. Absolute angels. We will be visiting again soon!

Wonderful beds, good air conditioning in the rooms and all felt very clean. The location was amazing for Linate airport and the centre of town as it is right next to a good Metro station with a few stops to either. The hotel manager brought a kettle to our room to make tea and coffee which was very useful. There are some good bars/restaurants nearby including the one right opposite which we tried which was full of Italians - a good sign!

It would have been nice to have some hot options for breakfast but without them the breakfast was still very good. The hotel was a little difficult to find at first and the lift didn't always work which was tricky with our suitcases. Perhaps a better map could be provided with some clearer directions?

Staff was AWESOME - very friendly and warm. The location is outstanding, with easy walking access to the downtown core. Overall feel of the place - rustic building but with contemporary facilities such as bathrooms, A/C, etc.

Bed!!! It was supposed to be a queen bed but instead it turned to be TWO SINGLE BEDS put together. That made sleeping uncomfortable. This certainly needs to be avoided as for any person with light sleep or other sleeping problems it will always be a problem. Also, there is no dedicated parking, the closest, the most convenient one under the supermarket is insanely expensive - Euro 41 for 24 hours. Considering how often people travel by cars nowadays, that would make a lot of sense to work out some sort of a deal with that parking, it was actually not that busy at all.

Ai Suma Hotel locates in a perfect spot just next to major shopping street Corso Buenos Aires. It’s also near to metro station and 6 mins ride from the Duomo. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and there were many nice restaurants and bars around. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Ai Suma is a lovely little hotel nestled in a beautiful apartment complex. The staff are extremely accommodating and gladly stayed up until 4:30 am to let me in when my flight was delayed. The staff are also really helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel itself is unpretentious and pleasant with an absolutely fantastic breakfast which helped to offset our costs (and expand our waistlines) during our trip. Another great thing is the location. Ai Suma is 2 minutes from the nearest Metro and most things, including the Duomo, are within walking distance. I would highly recommend Ai Suma to anyone looking for a great hotel in Milan.

The staff were extremely friendly and try to be as helpful as possible. There was always someone on hand to help, the breakfast buffet had lots of amazing choices and the bedroom came with its own little balcony.

The bed we had was two single mattresses pushed together to create a double with no fitted mattress cover to hold them together so they just kept separating while we lay or slept on them. Leaving a massive gap between us
