Super nice staff - welcoming, helpful and accomodating. While they treated me to coffee in the beautiful little garden, my bags were brought up to the room. Crisps and soft drinks on the house as a welcome gift. Quirky room layout, big balcony with garden view, very comfy bed, and a reasonable breakfast. Fresh made coffee from the barista, who also cooked eggs and bacon on demand. Family feeling.

The hotel is clean and well attended to, but has its fair share of wear and tear. The neighborhood is unfortunately not a very nice one, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re traveling on your own. Especially not night time.

The first impression of a place starts with reception and the lady on the reception was welcoming and kind. The room was small yes but big enough to stay and rest without any problem. AC and Wi-Fi was functioning well. Bathrooms were clean but small again. The room was very minimalistic and old. The breakfast was good enough especially thanks to the small garden. It was really close to metro stations M1 and M2 which are going to be the ones for Cathedral Duomo or Navigli area. The street was calm. When we had a small problem in the evening with ants and they changed our room and helped with the situation without any problem. It felt like it was a family bed and breakfast, everyone there was very friendly.

Excellent treatment with the staff, extremely kind, helpful and devoted. The owner took special attention to a problem I had with one night reimboursement I requested due to an airport strike. I will definitely repeat the experience.

The coat rack was in open air, not inside a cupboard. The safe was broken, and the drawer was a little misaligned. Overall cost to value ratio was a high, but can not compare to other accomodations in Milan.

This hotel is very close to the metro station that takes you to central Milan in minutes. The breakfast was a wonderful mix of pastries, cakes, coffee, juices; they even made an omelet by request. I was so grateful that they offered my daughter who has allergies with gluten free alternatives. We parked our rental in a nearby garage for 20 Euros. The staff is extremely hard working and pleasant. Wendy in particular, was so helpful with information. She helped us when we arrived in Milan by providing parking and metro information, and later on two occasions, she helped my mother find her lost eyeglasses and also, she personally called our next hotel owner in Italian to explain to her that we would be late for our next check-in. If you're looking for value, convenience, good location, good breakfast and a kind staff, this place is perfect.

The room was always clean and tidy! The breakfast was rich and very tasty and the terrace was just like in the photos, very clean with a great view! The crew were so nice to us and always there for our needs! The location is situated near the metro station Loreto.

Very nice, cozy, and clean place with friendly staff. The neighborhood is nice, we walked to the Duomo easily. Breakfasts are good: fried eggs or omelette with cheese, ham. Different pastry. If I go to Milan again I will definitely stay here♥️

The hotel is near the Milano Centrale (railway and airport bus station). The personal are polite and pleasant, the room is clean and has everything for good staying, the breakfast is modest but it includes bread, butter, yogurt, ham, croissant, juice and coffee, it likes buffet breakfast. Recommend!

Very nice and quite place with a beautiful green garden/terrace, only 3 minutes walk to the Loretta subway station and 20 minutes to Milan central station. The staff was very kind and available at all times for questions or further clarifications. It provided regular cleaning services and they even provided coffee and refreshments upon the arrival, even though they were not included.

Very clean hotel. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful! It has a very nice breakfast with lots of options. The garden at the rear is beautiful and quaint. My wife and I had a romantic breakfast! Great location close to train and all of the city's sites.

I wish I could have stayed longer!

That I had to pay an extra fee because I am not an Italian. Also, my mother had to pay too. I have never heard of this before nowhere in the world 😅
