All the staff we interacted with from checking in to breakfast were friendly and no problems whatsoever. Room was a triple (506) which was spacious, bathroom, very clean and the beds comfy. Lots of choice at breakfast, 6 floor bar terrace looking to the ALPS. Tube station Lima straight out of the door. Good location, easy to navigate the city. We were a gang of around 15 people, 5 different rooms, and all had a great stay. Lima tube straight to Doumo, or further to San Siro (change at Lotto) - Gin Gin bar on main road, very good. Would deffo stay here again

Our experience at the Galles hotel was generally a good one. The hotel is very well located, if you want to visit the center of Milan. In generall the stuff is well prepared, kind and helpful, especially the people at the reception. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I recommand this hotel.

Our experience at the Galles Hotel was overshadowed by the negative attitude of the lady responsible for coordinating the restaurant, who demonstrated a lack of professionalism towards customers during each day of our stay, she seemed disturbed by any interaction with customers and generally she transmitted a negative energy. I believe that such an attitude is inappropriate in the hospitality industry and damages the image of the hotel. Another disturbing aspect was related to the bizarre times when cleaning was done in the hotel, for example: at 04 a.m. when you disturb the customers who are still sleeping at that time.

The location is very nice, the nearest metro station is Lima, which 1 min walk from the hotel. The facilities are good, I am very happy with the sauna, gym room and the swimming pool. I really appreciate high quality breakfast, with many choices. The dining room has a nice view of the city as well. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I would only suggest that the hotel should provide slippers in the room, since I had to ask for them at the reception. In addition, towels and bath robes should be available at the swimming pool/sauna room. The sound insulation is not so good. There was a lot of noise in the corridor and from rooms above my room. Maybe this is a point to consider if you do not like to be disturbed by loud noise.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was big and exceptionally clean to begin with, and housekeeping was also excellent. The A/C worked great and was very quiet on night mode. Very nice spa and pool area. Kids especially enjoyed the pool. The hotel offers extra towels and bathrobes for the pool as well. Hotel is located next to a shopping street with lots of restaurants in the neighborhood as well. There is a subway station right outside the hotel.

We had a family room, but unfortunately there was no door separating the sleeping areas. The wall hair dryer is very outdated and needs to be replaced with a regular hand-held hair dryer. (you have to go to the front desk to ask for one of those) Breakfast could use some improvements. Some very odd dishes such as rice, or a salad bar should be replaced with more breakfast type foods. Also "normal", drinkable orange juice is a must. What they served as juice was thick, syrup-like liquid that came out of a machine. It tasted artificial, like poorly prepared Tang, and was basically undrinkable.

It was in a great location close to the M1 allowing easy access to Duomo. The hotel is also easy to get to from Linate airport. The amenities were nice and everything was clean.

You can feel and hear the train on every floor. It’s not very loud but is noticeable as you are trying the sleep.

We chose this hotel because it was within easy walking distance of the Central Railway Station. It was a modern well appointed hotel with consummately professional staff. We had a basic room which was clean, comfortable and had all the facilities we wanted. The restaurant staff were friendly, efficient and helpful and the dishes presented were tasty. The breakfast buffet was extensive with good range of food to suit most tastes. The reception staff facilitated document printing in a straightforward and friendly way.

This was a good business hotel offering a high professional standard. The staff were clearly well trained and used to meeting the needs of guests with tight schedules.

Overall a really lovely 4 days in this hotel. The staff were kind and accommodating. The pool, sauna and the hammam were great for the kids and myself after long days of walking. The food in the restaurant at lunch was fantastic. Breakfast was also good and a good selection of choices. There are little things that could be improved but not really worth mentioning as overall it was great. The location was perfect ! Right on the metro line. Sound proofing of the rooms is not great but otherwise the room was great for the three of us. Super confortable and clean. We would go back here if ever we were to travel back to Milan.

Nothing negative worth mentioning as they are little things and maybe it’s just a question of personal preference.

The hotel is placed at few steps from the Metro Station that gives you the possibility to travel to any part of the city. It has free sauna and pool, that helps you relax after a hard day at work, or of walking through the city. The breakfast is amazing and you will definitely like it. The room was clean, the cleaning lady was coming every day and changing everything, including soap and toilet paper, even if it was not totally used.

Did not found any bad things regarding the hotel. Everything was grate, really. Just one recommendation would be to put in the hotel room the needed for the pool inventory (pinches and bathrobe). In rest, no remarks

Very good location. Close to the central station, around 10 min walking or direct metro line. Walking distance to the city center and main attractions, which takes 30 min or again direct metro line. Lima metro station is just in front of the hotel. Hotel is in the good condition, clean with small swimming pool and gym.

Twice during our stay,once in the morning around 6:20 am, second time in the evening around 10 pm, we heard very loud and wired noise coming somewhere from the walls of our room. Sounds like some air condition or different device which was just broken and was coming somewhere from outside of our room. Noise was keeping for 3-5 min and stop. Reception couldn't explain what was that. Just unpleasant surprise especially at 6 am.....

We stayed in a family suite (2 adults and 2 kids aged 15 and 12). Our lodging was comfortable and the kids had ample space to manoeuvre in the living area. We got 3 single beds in the living room and 1 Queen bed in the bedroom. We thoroughly enjoyed the Spa facilities like the sauna, Turkish steam room and the indoor pool. We always looked forward to returning to the pool after a sweltering day in Milan. I even managed to visit the gym once. Staff at the reception were professional and always happy to help. Room was cleaned daily. We got lots of extra towels and bathroom supplies replenished often. The location of the hotel was perfect. The metro was at the doorstep and it was a only a few stops from the Duomo and other main attractions of Milan. Furthermore, the neighbourhood itself has a lot to offer in terms of shops, restaurants etc Overall, we had a pleasant time here and would definitely stay again!

Breakfast was rather basic. We had dinner once at the restaurant and we were not happy with the quality, taste or portion size. Also restaurant staff could be a bit more pleasant. They sometimes appered like they were being inconvenienced. Thankfully there were lots of dining options around the blocks.
