It was a quite nice hostel with friendly staff. Nice room.

It was a bit complicated to find the entrance from the street. Some more signs would have been appreciated.

The utensils at the kitchen are really dirty, no paper towels or any towels at all. No spoons. One dish, badly washed and impossible to use.

It's my first visit here, the female dorm was calm, clean and comfortable. The staff was super cooperative and well mannered and concerned about their clients needs. Walkable distance from Train station (20 min walk). Also have a coffee lounge breakfast lounge. Even i like this hostel more than any hotel. It felt like a home. I will plan my visit again with my friends.

Well overall i really liked the hostel, but one thing I want to express, in the washroom they should put any mop, because after taking shower water spreads all over the washroom that makes the washroom unnecessary wet and dirty. So there should be something to wipe the floor to maintain the cleanliness of the washroom. But the all the things are super cool.

The place was exceptionally clean, which I truly appreciated. The room was comfortable with all the amenities needed as stated on the page. They have spacious common rooms for cooking (with basic utensils), dining, watching tv, and even for studying in silence. The staff was really nice, friendly, and helpful. They made me feel safe on my solo overnight in Milan. Lastly, the location is convenient since it is only around 200 m from the metro station and it is surrounded by several restaurants and minimarkets. Overall, my experience was beyond my expectation.

The bed was not really comfortable, but yeah I paid for my stay at a relatively affordable price so I knew I couldn't ask so much. For one night stay, it was totally fine. Yet, it would be much greater if they can upgrade the beds to more comfortable ones.

Nice personal, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, big common space, close to metro (less than 1 min walk), 22 min walk from central train station, close to kebab and grocery store, good temperature at the room. In general 9.8 of 10.

Hot water has been gone at second night. Was not cool to have a shower with cold water. I know it is not hostel fault, but would be cool to get bigger boiler for that ;) A bit tricky to find, but possible :)) In general very cool hostel, nice personal and everything clean. Would be great to buy some spoons for the kitchen, because we ate soup with forks but again it is not hostel fault. People please, leave water for others and do not steal spoons :)))

I liked the place, location wise, as it's nearby to the pasteur metro station. Also, duomo is 4 stations from there. I liked the staffs they were very friendly.

It was little bit difficult to find the hostel as its on main road but no poster or no boarding or no banner outside to identify the hostel from difference. Please keep the stool in rooms to sit as people who are having bed up in dormitories, have difficulty in seating.

Location is good, the same M line to the center and station where very near . Colorful rooms. Around are a lot of small bakeries for morning fresh croissants. Each person in the room has a private big shelf with lockers. Plug and small light next to the bed. The staff let me leave my bags in the hostel till my bus time.

Shared areas could be more comfortable. bed steps and doors creak. Especially when you are planning to sleep but your neighbor from upstairs needs to puck bags - all bunk bed moving.

the staff.! the people working there where the best. I had a really bad experience and they helped me in the Easter Day. I lost my train from Varenna to Milan Centrale. I had my lagguges at Ki point at the central station and by the time I was about to time it would me close. my flight was really early next morning so it would not be open and I should leave without my luggages. so they went to the central station at the ok point and took for me my luggages!!! they are the best!

It was a nice and clean place, the rooms were not crowded and well kept. The staff was friendly. I was positively surprised given all the bad reviews. I have stayed in many italian hostels during my trips and this was one of the cleaner and more spacious ones. I think it just needs the right kind of people staying there. Location was good to, 10 Min with the Metro to the Duomo and the Metro 2 min walk. Bonus: there was nice stand with peruvian fried chicken nearby.

Could use some more cuttlery.
