The location is good - right on a bus route (we took bus 81, less than a 10 minute journey to Milan Central Station), or a 10 minute walk to a Metro Station. Convenience store just a few minutes walk away, and lots of little restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is quite basic, but very clean, and ticks all the boxes (easy to get everywhere, good security, helpful staff, clean, provides breakfast), and the bonus is the air conditioner (we were there when it was very hot!). There is also an elevator in the building. The staff we came across were all very helpful and we managed to communicate despite the language barrier! Breakfast was Continental, which we enjoyed (the croissants and coffee were delicious). Reception was always happy to help. We enjoyed our stay - thank you :)

Room well cleaned, very simple but as well equipped from open wardrobe, to hairdryer. Both mattress and pillow stiff enough for a pleasant sleep. A welcome bottle of fresh water was definitely appreciated.
Closest subway station is 15 minutes walking distance. Can live with it.

The bus stop is just near going to Metro, 20mins travel going to Duomo Cathedral. You can only buy your bus tickets at the tabacs/kiosks.

The personnel (older woman) seemed to be arrogant and the whole check in took longer than expected. However the next day we met younger lady at the front desk, who was very kind and did not keep us waiting or burden with uncessasary documentation. There is no elevator, so a little bit problematic with a luggage, but it was not a big flaw. We got a top floor room with skylight window, so it was quite dark in the room, the bathroom was in the hall, but very nearby and only ours. The sound isolation is very poor and during the night we heard other guests acting noisy both in the hall as well as their own room. It was okay for one night, but if you're looking for a longer stay, I would recomment to search for other accomodation possibilities in the city.
