Hotel Mozart

Nice location for families with children as playgroun is in 10 metets from the hotel. This is unique for Milan. Metro in 50 meters and there is lift for baby carriages. In hotel quite small lifts so babycarriage + 1 adult. We got big and very quite room. Clean, no mold in bath. WIFI worked good. Breakfast was nice all that you need.

I would say that nothing to improve.

Only small complaint is the shower head was very leaky and wouldn’t stay up on the holding attachment

The people at the reception were very nice, and location is good to. Metro station is really close.

1) People at breakfast could be a bit nicer and communicative. They don't tell you that you can order coffee from them. 2) The hotel needs investments. AC drips in rooms so they put little cans to collect water which I had to empty all the time 3) Elevators are not very confident. One even broke down. 4) For a 4 star hotel breakfast is really basic, like a student hostel, and coffee was awful. Buy some decent coffee machines.

I really loved the breakfast, the room and the location. That is high praise after visiting a lot of hotels this year, but they really deserved it. The breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel in years (fresh fruit, really good bread, loved the fresh tomatoes and mozzarella and, well everything). The location was easy to reach via public transport and close to many restaurants and a big supermarket, right in the middle of a normal neighborhood. The room was great as well, slept very well, comfortable, loved the bathroom. If I return to Milan I'll come back to Hotel Mozart.

Don't change anything, see you next time.

I loved the hotel , it was very clean, comfortable and the triple room was very good. Overall everything was good. The people at the reception were very welcoming and tried to accommodate all our requests.

The breakfast staff were the rudest staff we have ever encountered. With the exception of Miss Valentina and Mrs Ana, who were absolutely lovely, the other members of the staff were rude, not welcoming at all. We were refused more croisants on the first breakfast day, they brought the toasts and some time after the plates, which made us eat cold toasts. Not a pleasant experience at all. However, the lady at the entrance of the breakfast room was really professional and acknowledged what happened.

Hotel Mozart was very lovely, the staff was welcoming and accomodating, the room was spacious, and everything was very clean. It was in a good location within walking distance of the city and major sites. You can take the train or coach from the airport, and the metro stop is a short walk away.

The beds were a bit on the stiffer side but not unbearable. They were relatively comfortable, but just a heads up for those that prefer softer mattresses.

Breakfast - very good, highly recommended, both for meat eating persons and vegetarian. Good localization - nearby metro station, nice and surroundings. Shops and restaurants close to the hotel. Everyday change of towels, room was cleaned regulary. Room was equipped with everything mentioned in the hotel's offer on the booking's website.

Not everyone from hotel's staff was able to speak English. We got one praticulary nasty blinking lightspot in our room (but to be fair we didn't inform the staff about this matter, as we spent most of the time outside the hotel).

The location was lovely, very near metro and nice restaurants down the streets. The staff at reception were excellent and communicated very well. They were so accommodating, even printed off our boarding passes, and kept our bags for us until late afternoon. Thank you

The dining room staff were not very friendly. They were not friendly like the reception staff.

I liked our double balconies, the comfortable beds/pillows, and the bathroom was clean. We were able to get a good rest and thoroughly enjoyed breakfast in the morning. The cioccolato caldo was excellent!! The hotel was right across the street from the Metro which allowed us quick and easy access around the city. Even though I drove into Milan, I was able to leave my car safely parked in a private garage one block from the hotel for €30/night. It was a little more than I would like to spend for a single night in a hotel, but we would gladly stay here again.

Our room was on the top floor (which we enjoyed), but only one of the elevators seemed reliable and both are very tiny in size; not big enough to accomodate three people and their luggage. We ended up just taking the six flights of stairs most trips ... maybe I needed the exercise. Also, it would be nice if they replaced the light above the bathroom mirror; it was quite dark in there.

Location was great, just a minute from the metro or 30min walk to the centre. All the staff were always super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a good variety and again the staff were always very helpful.

I moved the bed (I had my 3yr old and wanted the bed against the wall) and there was a plastic drink bottle under the bed which made me question the cleanliness of the room. I had also emailed to check if there was a travel cot available for my baby and noone replied causing me to have to travel with the cot, a one yr old and 3yr old... there was a cot so was very irritating to have lugged it for no reason.
