Great accommodation- the staff receive you with courtesy and a helpful disposition. You have a need or a problem? They get busy trying to solve it. Truly excellent team. They were proficient in the art of hosting. Beautiful rooftop pool area with a wrap around terrace overlooking a beautiful park. Ample places to sit and work upstairs, as well as to take sun, have a meal or a cocktail.

Helpful staff, looking after the clients- have been given a complementary bottle of Prosecco on the arrival, comfortable beds, great breakfast , very clean and attention to details( got our beds set before nighttime), amazing view from the roof terrace with a pool..and location was great too!
There’s no space for non smoking clients if you’d like to enjoy the pool on the roof terrace! As they just smoke near to you at the pool while your sunbathing. So disrespectful. It should be a separate area for smoking only.

Very polite and helpful staff. Reception team ist doing a great job and the service at the pool is quite fast. Even with a 6 yrs old kid you can have a lot of fun und they provide very good in-room service (bedding etc). Be careful with parking: there is a public garage next to the hotel. Might be cheaper, but with no access to the hotel and no valet service like in the Hotel garage. Just park in front of the hotel, the parking will be organised. Not far away from the Duomo by public transportation, situated in a very uprising district and with good service: good value for money for such a hotel.
Well, drinks and parking is a bit pricey - but for Milano, the district and this kind of Hotel still okay.

Loved this place, the pool was what sold this place to me in the first place and it was so cool, The bar on top served the best cocktails, the hotel staff were really nice and polite and the hotel itself is pretty amazing, the rooms have such a cool design! This place is right next to Chinatown and just a short walk away so you can go exploring pretty quickly after getting here. The bell staff at the front suggested me this place called Crazy Pizza for my birthday which was awesome and probably took about 10 mins to walk to, all in all id recommend this place to anyone coming to Milan!

Outstanding modern hotel with beautiful aesthetics. Amazing staff especially on the rooftop terrace, where the service was exceptional. Additional touches such as treats left in your room were appreciated. We were concerned about the location of the hotel after reading some reviews that it was not central enough however this was not a problem at all for us - the tram stop is right outside the hotel and proved to be a very easy and convenient way to get about (you can tap your credit card to pay). Its location was great when making our way to Malpensa Airport as we avoided having to make our way out of the busy centre.

Great location for everyone who likes exploring China Town (so many great restaurant and bar options; not only Asian cuisines..) The hotel has a lovely rooftop with great views of the city. Decent breakfast option.
The service at breakfast was terribly slow and several other hotel guests complained. When we mentioned the rather poor service during our stay, the management reimbursed our breakfast without us asking for it. Much appreciated! Also, I wish it was summer. Because the VIU's rooftop sure seems like a lively venue for sunset roof parties.

The hotel is beautiful in a great location. We really liked our stay here, espeically with how central it was. We went to the pool for a few hours and it was a great spot on the roof during a hot day! We would highly recommend the hotel.
The sound insulation on the doors wasn't the best. We were beside a family that kept coming and going from each others rooms slamming the doors, starting very early and going until past midnight.
