Hotel Tiziano - Gruppo Mini Hotel

Beautiful hotel, located in a special building: the Brughera mansion. Our room was spacious with a garden view and good quality comfortable beds. Breakfast is exceptional, with a variety of Italian foods and coffees such as espresso and cappuccino. Very good location, with metro just a few steps away, as well as Cadorna station which has a direct train to Malpensa airport. There are very good pizzerias and restaurants around. We opted to take the tram to explore the city. In less than 15 minutes we arrive at the Duommo.

The bathroom is small and there is a very tight shower box - easy to be fixed!

The hotel is beautiful, located half block from the metro station. The staff was really nice, and helpful. I spent 2 weeks in a single room with a balcony (to the street), that was comfortable. The breakfast has lots of options including cheese, eggs, cakes, different kinds of juices, etc. The hotel has an amazing garden you can see from the breakfast room, and also from some of the rooms. The hotel also has a gym, and 2 rooms to work. I really enjoyed my time there.

The only minor thing to change is the room temperature: sometimes even with the heating on, it was pretty cold. I even asked for an extra blanket to sleep.

I happily return to this good standard hotel in a residential area in Milano. there are a few plus tht are represented by the large green garden behind and breakfast which, for the hotel class, is outstanding. very near to red metro line stop and public bike sharing station. friendly reception staff.

single rooms are sometimes a bit small and simply furnished. bathrooms are really to be improved and look a bit poor, particularly with that cheap toiletries. prices are very fluctuating and sometimes really expensive for the overall class of the hotel and location.

Excellent location: Metro station is 50m, you can also walk to the center 20-30 mins via nice streets and parks. We got room with "park view" - very quiet. Helpful staff. Parking garage for an acceptable fee (for Milan). Really good family restaurant is just on opposite side of the road. On weekends I would recommend the reservation - it IS a popular place among locals.

Beds are too soft for me. Breakfast is mediocre, sorry. The "sweet"/italian breakfast looks ok though.

The location is perfect, as the hotel is 1 min away from the metro. Also it is possible to reach the main attractions by foot. The hotel is well refurbished (really good for old European cities), the breakfast is good with a lot of fresh backery

Everything is fine, the only slight minus is that there is no restaurant. Obviously, there are restaurants nearby but during Easter there was a challenge to find a place to eat

breakfast in a nice ground floor room overlooking a beautiful garden. the best scrambled eggs one could find in Italy actually, worth a further stay. the room was very basic and modern style and clean. 50 meters from underground in a nice residential area. cold water dispenser, you could even buy there a small nice bottle for the water

room furniture and very basic style, looks a motel actually. no coffee machine in the room. very cheap toiletries. bathroom very basic and again cheap motel style.

There is a beautiful park on the back side - rooms facing the park have great view and are not noisy. Breakfast is great. Coffee wonderful.

the single rooms face a street which can be very noisy. It is also extremely small. The air-condition does not operate on cooling at this time of the year and the room becomes very warm. One needs to open a window which is problematic with the noisy street.

Nice hotel situated in very good location with small walk distance to metro station. Facilities are clean and bright, staff is welcoming and friendly. Room was clean, with comfortable bed and nice view to the garden. There was possibility to receive boiling kattle and tea free of charge at reception. Tasty breakfast with pretty good option to choose from

Sound isolation is poor, so you can hear your neighbours and every time they visit WC.

-Excellent accommodation under each aspect next to the directional hub of Milan Citylife; -The internal garden of the hotel is outstanding considering the location of the hotel in the inner most cemented part of the city.

If traveling for tourism, consider you may need to use public transportation (few stops)/bikes to reach the city downtown. Anyway, the neighbor is well served by two metro lines and some buses.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean. I visited on one of the hottest days of the summer thusfar, but with the AC it was just fine. A bit of a warning tho (but this is a commonplace for everyone visiting Mediterranean in the summer season) - mosquitoes. Hence also a suggestion from host not to open the window and rely just on the AC air. It works. The breakfast was really good. Especially for those with a sweet tooth. Excellent value for the money.
