Possibility to have breakfast if desired. Friendliness. Location was okay. Great restaurant nearby (within 2 minutes walking distance). Hairdryer and shower utensils in the bathroom. One complimentary bottle of still and one bottle of fizzy water provided upon arrival.

Terribly thin and tiny towels. Only tea-bags no coffee sachets provided. Bad luck if you do not drink tea. You must be slim for the small shower cubicles...

Cozy, clean rooms with kettle and small fridge. There is also a microwave for guests. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, though I am vegan I still had some tasty things to eat. The view from 6 floor was nice, could see mountains with good weather. Bus and tram stops are just by the hotel and metro stations are less than 1 km away.

My bathroom had only bath and was on a slightly higher level than the room, which was fine to me but could be trouble to some with mobility problems. You might want to ask about it while booking. Also, the water bottles in the fridge were for €2 after the first one for free, but nobody informed us about it, it was mentioned only in the regulations book in the room. Those who don't read it would have a surprise at checkout.

I liked almost everything about the stay. The location was very good, with two different metro lines within 10 minutes walk and less than 30 min from San Siro Stadium. Our room was at the end of the corridor, so we could only hear people from another room through the bathroom, and once someone was speaking very loud in the corridor, otherwise it was very quiet. The twin room was just right for two people, with wardrobe, table and enough place for bags. The temperature could be regulated. The toiletries smelled very nicely. The staff was very professional and welcoming. The wifi worked perfectly.

The pillows were very hard for my neck, and I had serious trouble sleeping. I asked for a softer pillow, but it didn't change the situation, and I had to sleep the resting nights on sleeping pills. The breakfast was modest, with very small selection of things you could put on your bread, but it was the total lack of fresh vegetables (tomato, cucumber, salad etc.) that was the worst. The shower cabin was too small for any bigger person. We could manage with those things, though.

I booked this hotel because it was the closest one at an affordable price to Hippodrome de San Siro where I was attending a concert. There literally wasn't a single flow during my stay that I can point out, everything through check-in, breakfast, facilities, service and check-out was immaculate - I would definitely stay again if I happen to visit Milano in the future!

Almost every time I tried to unlock my hotel room with the card that I was given at check-in, access to my room was denied, and the reception staff had to re-confirm my status as a hotel guest in their software every time in order for the card to re-activate.

I liked the small details like toiletries in the room, mini kettle, cups and tea bags so that you could make a cup of tea. Location is also good, there's a bus stop right outside the hotel that goes to Milano Central stop. Also next to the hotel there's a supermarket.

One of the things that could be improved is the accessibility, to enter the building there's only stairs so it's difficult if you have a lot of luggage or if you can't do stairs. Also the lifts are quite small.

We had great time. The room and the bathroom were very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. 30 minutes tram trip to center. Although the room is small you have enough space for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very tasty food for breakfast.

The breakfast is a bit poor in selection, but you can find something suitable for your taste. I think because of Covid it's not a self service breakfast, but the ladies that were serving were very friendly and polite. . A bit noisy from the tram across the street (we had a room at 8th floor, faced to the tram station).

The hotel neighborhood was quiet and out any happenings, but is pretty decent connected to public transportation of Milano. Room was ok, bathroom as well. Internet throughout the hotel facilities and was ok. Breakfast was super, and they are serving super Italian coffees' as well. Staff was polite and on service. Room well cleaned during our stay.

Room was a bit dusty when we entered, but well maintained and cleaned latter.

We travelled as part of a Grand Prix package. The arrangements for our unusually early start were great, the lady that looked after us, particularly polite, helpful and working really hard after having had an accident on the way to work. The rooms were clean, well appointed and comfortable. The reception staff, very helpful.

Honestly, nothing. It’s in a vibrant, busy area of the city but the windows are double glazed so the most that you hear is the gentle rumbling of the underground

They had a luggage room where we could store the bags after checkout We could buy additional breakfast at the day we wanted it, even though we didn't book it when booking the room When we needed a taxi to the airport they called one for us and it arrived just a few minutes later

the region where the hotel is isn't the best (seemed a bit scary at night) and you needed some time to get to the center, but we book it to be close to the concert venue, so it was fine

Overall good experience. It offers continental breakfast with a very good price i.e. 10 Euro per person. Easily reachable by public transport.

The only thing I don't like is AC. Suddenly at the night it stopped. And when I called on reception they said it's a Central system and it gets stopped when certain level of temperature arrives. It was not a big problem though. But I don't like this.
