The room was well designed and comfortable overall, and I liked the bathroom a lot - the shower and the large bathrobes. The AC was working well and the blackout curtains were not bad

The beds were quite hard, but I understand this can be a matter of preference. Also, we could hear quite well what was happening on the corridor (especially in the morning when the cleaning lady was passing)

Manager On Duty was not professional. He was talking to me in a bad way.. I ask many times to talk to the manager and he refused.. He acted like the hotel was his !!!

Although there was a misunderstanding regarding the booking of the SPA (which was full even before we showed up at the hotel), the staff reacted so gently and provide us a perfect time slot on the evening. They even called us to rescheduled our time slot because someone cancelled. Perfect management, I fully appreciated. I suggested them to update their policy (send a message to their guest or write it on "COVID page in the internet website". Actually, we got the wellness center (jacuzzi, hammam and sauna) for one hour long without anybody : such a gorgeous experience! I definitely recommend. Aside, breakfast, room, facilities and location are amazing!

This was our second time here, and I’ve got to say that apart from one receptionist, whose rudeness and entitlement cannot be overlooked and are giving the whole experience a slightly bitter taste, all other staff were amazing and very welcoming. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is also great, very close to the Garibaldi station (metro line M1 and M2) and Repubblica (metro line M3).

The spa was dirty. There were skin remnants on the bottom of the hot tub. We didn’t dare entering. We booked the spa from 8-9 AM, and when we got there, the sauna was cold and the steam bath extremely smelly. The receptionist apologised and sent a colleague our way that we couldn’t understand because we didn’t speak any of the languages we did (Italian, English, German, French). Last time, we had the same issue, when we had to communicate with hands and legs. This applies not to receptionists, but go concierges.

I loved that it was so new! for my fellow muslim sisters and brother they have a shattaf in the bathroom and that was seriously one of the highlights! so nice, amazing staff!

I loved the modern design of the hotel and the cleanliness. The hotel is in a very good location of Milan with many restaurants and shops around. However the distance to the Duomo is 10 mins by car or 35 mins walking. The staff on the reception were extremely welcoming and helpful especially Fareed and Carmine.

The breakfast options are very limited and needs improvement. Also water should be offered throughout the stay not only upon arrival. Another issue I didnt like was the fact that there was a pre authorisation charge for the hotel before my arrival by a day but then I was charged at checkout without reversing the pre authorisation first and I am still waiting for the release of the amount.

The room was clean and modern, but not very big, the bathroom was quite small, no bathtub for 250eu per night. The service was pleasant and profesional. We were able to check-in one hour too early and we were very thankful for that after a long trip.

If you want to visit a rooftop you have to pay 50 eu per person or 90 eu per couple. This information was not available for me when I booked this hotel so I expected that the rooftop was open for visits for everyone who stays in the hotel. You get only a room and nice service from the staff in the front otherwise you have to pay extra for everything else. I would say that you get little for the price.

Good location, friendly staff, comfortable room. We had nice room with nice view and large size on 10th floor. The bed is large and comfortable, Welcome drinks and hand writing card are the pluses.

-We are a bit worried about the privacy in the bathroom. Since there is only a thin curtain on the large window. Although the receptionist mentioned to us that people from the opposite building cannot see us, we still prefer to use the thicker curtains to avoid such a visually unsafe feeling. -All the elevators are not connected to floor -1. We have to find the exit stairs to come up to the lobby. That's not convenient. -Breakfast is quite simple, but the staffs are helpful.

On arrival the walk from the train station it was a short walk and a a stunning hotel, modern and contemporary. Greeted by Carmine and he was amazing and after flying for 30 hours he instantly made me feel cam and welcome. We arrived early and stored our bags. So helpful and friendly. The staff were all a credit to yr hotel. The humour and hospitality was outstanding. All seemed happy in their work . A great hotel and a beautiful city to visit

That there was not pool haha in such hot weather. The garden was beautiful however. Only thing I thought was not advertised that the roof top you had to pay for.

Reception were very supportive and kind. Carmaine and Farid were soo helpful with my check in and check out, Farid even gave me his charger so that I could charge my phone since I didn’t have an international charger. Carmaine was very hospitable with storing my luggage after my check out so I could explore the city one last time before flying back home. Apologies, I never took her name but there was an Asian lady at the reception that went above and beyond helping me find an adaptor! She called all the tech shops local abs enquired for an adaptor, arranged a taxi for me to go and get it too!! She was a star! The room decor was sleek and modern,my balcony view was gorgeous! Such a shame that I couldn’t lounge on the balcony for longer

One small thing, they didn’t have a UK to Europe adaptor at hand for me. I was made aware that they do provide it to hotel stayers but those that received it never returned it back to reception that’s why they never had any when I was there. Other than that, it was perfect!
