Hotel Mercurio

Location was good as not far from the metro shops restaurant, staff where friendly and the hotel was def value for money. The breakfast was great being included and included a hot drinks machine and some really great freshly baked pastry. Would def recommend

Overall the hotel is great value for money the only issue i had was the shower in the room was extremely small and not really that usable.

The stuff was great! They helped us a lot with a problem that we had 1 day before our leaving and generally with every information we needed! The room was clean and the housekeeper did a great job! The hotel is 10 min. walking from the Metro station and everything was near by metro.

Everyone was very helpful and willing to help. The room was very clean, the location not very far from the metro station and the reception is open 24 hours, even if I had to wake up the kind man who took a rest for a while. Not to mention that I booked a room a few hours before I arrived and everything was ready on time. Thank you for the accommodation!

Comfortable bed, good shower, nice area. Good value for money. Not the best hotel in the world but for the price, it’s cheap and cheerful.

I didn’t like that we couldn’t keep our own keys, whenever you leave the hotel, you have to hand your keys into reception.

The hotel is excellent for its price. The staff are friendly and forthcoming and the location is good. The breakfast is not the best, but it's still a great offer to get breakfast for that price.

We were in a room on the first floor, right next to the reception. On more than one occasion the receptionist was talking on the phone or to another person which was very loud in our room. Happened during nighttime as well

The housekeeping need to improve the way they clean the room. Under the bed is dirty. And need to make sure to clean the shower room. It's flood for it was blocked and dirty.

It was a very comfortable hotel in a really good location. The continental breakfast was perfect and for Milan it was good value.

They didn't have any maps or anything useful for tourists. Though that was typical of Milan. The airport. The central station. The city is very tourist unfriendly.

The room was really good, the staff was kind and always able to help me. The location of the hotel is really good and easy to find. You can easly reach the metro and the bus that can get you in the center easly.

Actually nothing, the only thing I would kinda consider "bad" was the breakfast, nothing special, but all an all i was satisfied.

the host let us put down our luggage very early ☺️ and the reception was being so nice and friendly. There’s no kettle or fridge in the room but it’s ok. The breakfast was average.

the shower (not the whole bathroom) is a bit small

Great location for the bars, staff were friendly. Was a good place if you are away with the lads on a drinking one. Not one for the girlfriend in my opinion. Would I go back? Yes...Great for the bars and that's why I go away.
