For this price is very nice. Clean and cozy place. Even small frige at the room. Towels, hot water, tv and air condition. In general we love to stay there. Interesting building with very high roof. We liked it. Self check in and the owner speak english very well.

Surroundings are a bit creepy, but for us it's ok. If you are expect something beautiful\ nice view from the balcony i would recommend you to choose something else, but it will be hard in Naples XD Do not forget to bring some coins (10 cents only) to use the elevator you will need it. I have never seen before elevator where you need to pay to get up XD But it's not the hostel fault, it's just Naples XD

The location is excellent so close to the historical center and railway station. You can reach to the hotel with public transport from the airport. The building is nice typical old house. Inside everything is renovated and fresh. The size of the bedroom and bathroom is really big. There are well worked AC and kettle in the room. The was warm radiator in the bathroom.

There were no kitchen, too early check out. There was cold in the room but the AC is powerful but due to big size of the room it needs more time to warm the room. The window was not closed tightly there were some airspace.

Proximity to shops, restaurants and train stations. This is a good base for those planning to go on a day trip to Procida and Ischia.

The curtains are so thin and bright- makes it had to sleep past 6 am in the summer days.

Bed is comfortable for sleeping, every day we had new clean towels. and staff were very nice and available at any time.

Not enough space for clothes, specially shoes. There wasn’t toilet seat in the bathroom, and there was a lot of dust on the walls and on the wardrobe.

Amazing stay in a fantastic appartment in Naples down town. Bibiana & Regina are fantastic, thanks for everything. The place is clean , beautifull and super comfortable also it has an outstanding location near the train station and the centre of Naples, the room is big enough with a clean and big bathroom, AC and heater works good and also you would find a balcony. We can recommend this place to everyone who want to spend a couple of days in the city and we will go back for sure when we visit Naples again.

Big and nice room, clean and tidy. We checked in online and paid only before arriving, that made the procedure super smooth. Also they instructed and explained for us to collect the keys from the designated place so we didn’t needed to pay the €15 extra cost for late check in. That was so kind thank you for that.

Outside is Noisy in the evening and night but we closed the balcony door so didn’t bothered us much.

Self check-in was available which was great as we arrived late in the evening. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and there is air conditioning. Although the location is in a pretty busy neighborhood, noise was not an issue at all to our surprise. All in all, a cozy stay, and great value for money.

The location was very handy (8 minute walk to Piazza Garibaldi) as we mostly used trains to get around.

While the welcome was very warm, there seems to be nobody on the premises from the B&B in the afternoons snd evenings (they do have a contact number that was answered but mobile phone coverage was so poor that we couldn’t get to have a conversation). Not a big deal for us but something to bear in mind.

I stayed one night with my friend, great communication with the host and detailed information on how to get to the place, it's nice and clean, located in the central part. I like it the old building inside, very artistic and great for photos.

The room was really spacious, modern and clean. The location was ideal for accessing the station in order to explore the further afield sights and also great for exploring Naples restaurant, bars and historic sights.

The main front door was slightly tricky to open but once you got the knack it was no problem.
