Hotel Fiorentina

The rooms are very nice for a two star hotel, recently refurbished. We were able to park our car in the garage for free which is very rare in Napoli. You'll probably have to leave the keys because there is not a lot of space, but still better then public parking. There are two bus lines running by the hotel. R5 stops in front and C67 just around the corner. It's a great way to visit the center without getting sruck in the terrible city traffic.

The location is very scatchy. The street is dirty and full of trash. One just does not feel safe. Although the hotel says there is nothing to worry about.

Very polite and nice staff especially Mr. Gaetano. On second night of my stay all of a sudden there was continuous extremely loud and strange sound from the bathroom. Since there was nobody at the reception at night I reported matter in the morning. But, when I came back in the afternoon I found the situation unchanged. In anger I went down and found Mr. Gaetano busy with some customers. I waited and when he finished I unkeashed all my anger on him. He quietly listened and apologised as the plumber did not come. He immediately changed my room to a bigger and better room and for the next two days keot on apoligising. A great gesture. The reception girls Martina and Alissa were also very courteous and nice. Hotel is in a busy area and you find a lot of restaurants and cafes on the road. A very nice restaurant is next door. Bus No. 5 at your door step. Rly station and airport nearby.

The rooms have recently been renovated (4/2023). The design is excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, a nice relaxed friendly not formal friendly. The location is good, outside the congestion of Naples. The R5 bus outside the hotel goes direct to the main station. The C67 bus nearby goes direct to the Archeological Museum. The buses were very convenient. No breakfast but excellent coffee shops nearby and a really good pizza place in the same building. All in all excellent.

The staff here where exceptionally kind and helpful and the pizza resturant next door is still the best pizza we have had on our entire trip.

The bathroom was very small, not very clean and we only later found out that it is not a very safe area to stay and all the shops were closed due to holidays. Staying here is quite a commute to the center of the city and that was a mission because busses are incredibly unreliable in Napoli

The room was great for what we needed. We were spending one night in Napoli before our flight the next morning. The room was perfect, nice bathroom, very comfortable. Staff was excellent. Great price. If you want a little more, go with their sister hotel just 100 meters away Hotel Palazzo Argenta (same owner).

Didn't have a mini fridge, or ice machine for in room drinks. Small hotel so no bar to sit at.

Martina and Gaetano have been lovely and very helpful and flexible. The room was ready before check-in, clean and had all amenities mentioned by the hotel. Compared to what people may say, the neighborhood was perfectly safe and the locals very welcoming (the whole street ended up helping me to find an open pharmacy on a Sunday).

It's not the hotel's fault, but the buses in Secondigliano are rarely on time, so you either end up waisting time to wait for the bus or take a taxi which ends up being very expensive.

This was my 3rd stay at the specific hotel. Actually this is the only hotel I stay at each time I visit Napoli. Clean, cosy, quiet at a typical Napoli neighborhood, within 3km from the Central Railway Station. Direct connection to and from the center, with the bus no.R5, which has improved frequency compared to 3 years ago. Also with the airport, which is just 2km away. Don't worry, the airport closes at 23:00, so you won't be bothered at night. Due to the Covid situation, breakfast is currently not served, BUT there is a coffee shop just 2 minutes away, which is said to offer the best breakfast in Napoli. You will be warmly greeted by Mr. Gaetano and showed to your room. The rooms have all the basic amenities, with good WI-FI connection, with SUPER instant hot water and they are kept clean and tidy daily. If you are looking for something fancy please look elsewhere. If you are looking for a decent place to stay, this is it. There is a modernly renovated pizzeria right next to the hotel, look nowhere else for your lunch/dinner, with low prices, variaty of dishes and flavours. If you want to stay in the noisy, crowded center, look elsewhere. If you seek to see more of Napoli, it's neighbourhoods and the way of living outside the historic centre, this the place for you. There is also parking offered for your car, which is a big plus, having in mind the always congested Napoli. In case there is a person with disabilities interested, please ask the management, there are rooms in the ground floor, but honestly I did not ask if they are suitable or not. In conclusion, I will never stay at another hotel, I am REALLY pleased. Ohhh, I forgot, one more BIG plus, the hotel is SO very near the exits of the city, very handy if you wish to go to Sorrento or Pompei or Pozzuoli by car, without the need to go through the super busy center.. Please trust me on this hotel... Thank you!!

very near the airport and the bus station is right outside the hotel. the staff was wonderful and treated us like family, and when we needed help or guidance, they gave us very detailed information and kept in touch with us throughout our whole stay. they were some of the nicest people we’ve met. Very clean hotel, good air conditioner, very safe and they take very good care of you. hotel Fiorentina is truly a hidden gem in Naples and is really worth to try out

You will have a very nice and warm welcome, host is very friendly and will help you in any way you need. Acomodation has its parking space, so if you are like us,travelling around Italiy by car, you will not want to ride through Napoli :) specific way of driving, a little bit of crazy :)) so its better to leave car, and travel by foot or bus. If you feel tired and dont want to go far away to find good restaurant, there is one on the right side of the road.(when you exit hotel) Very good restaurant, great staff with great Italian food. On the weekends they are full, you will need reservation for friday or saturday. Bus stop is 10 meters from hotel on main road, you should take a walk on that road and just enjoy everything that it has to offer. Definetly will be back to Napoli and Hotel Fiorentina.

The staff was absolutely incredible. From check-in to check-out everything was taken care of. They provided free transfer to the port and back again just to ensure that we were happy and to make our trips to the different islands much easier. They were friendly and they cared about us as friends and not as typical guests. They brought us cold drinks for free the entire week simply because "we looked thirsty", and they gave us tips about the different things to do. We will definitely recommend our friends to stay here.
