Hotel Luxor

This hotel is close to the Naples airport, so it makes a great place to stay if you have an early flight. The staff was very friendly, and went out of his way to make us happy. Even ordered a pizza for us and had it delivered to our room free of charge.

We had a little problem with the taxi to the hotel. It is only about a 5-10 minute drive from the Naples airport where we got the taxi and the taxi driver charged us 30 euros for the ride, claiming the hotel was in a different country. I think he meant a different district, but we were shocked and the hotel staff verified the thing about a different country, so we paid but it took all of the euros we had budgeted for the taxi back to the airport in the morning, and when we were ready to leave in the morning we had to offer the driver dollars, at an inflated rate. Beware of the taxi fees from the airport. It would be nice if the hotel provided a free shuttle to and from the airport.

It was the best option considering budget and location (near to airport). The staff was very welcoming (I arrived late at night and was hungry but they ordered a pizza margherita for me 5euros and delivered it to my room). They made sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was as expected and liked it. Room was great, comfy bed nice bathroom.

I arrived late at night and had issues understanding the transport system. If you're traveling alone it can be a bit intimidating to wander around these streets at night till you make it to the hotel (from the airport) but you'll be fine and once you get there it's worth it.

Our flights were cancelled with easyJet and we had to choose the closest hotel which was on a 3 star standard. Luxor was this match, and when we arrived the member of staff could not have been more welcoming and wonderful to help ease our stress for our flight cancellation. To our surprise we had a hot tub spa bath in our room, which was amazing, and he also arranged for a bottle of Prosecco to be sent to our room. We had the most wonderful experience. This saved our honeymoon.

Very close to airport. First rate hotel. The bed was scrumptiously comfortable and the sheets were fab!! In fact I am looking to buy some! The staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast more than covered your needs . cerials , yummy coissants, cheese, ham, etc. and of course the all important coffee!!

in my opinion all was perfect. As an over night stay. A proper zebra crossing at the very busy traffic junction if you want to go out for evening food.

The hotel is pretty close to the airport which was great for our very early flight the next day. The staff was extremely helpful and had a taxi waiting for us at 4am. They had even offered to give us wakeup calls too to make sure we didn't oversleep! The room was a good size for our family and the bathroom was bigger than most other European hotels we've been to. This is a very good hotel.

Nice cosy room, terrace with a lovely view, just 15 min far away from the airport

1.Although 15 min from the airport, if you get a cab it will charge you double as its extra urban (outside city). We paid €50 as it was 11 30 pm when we landed and had no other choice with a 3 year old 2. Nice italian style breakfast, but I would have enjoyed a bit of hot food as omelette or sausage

Really great reception desk, easy no frills apartment for a night. As other reviewers have indicated - the airport taxis will charge you $50 Euro to get to this hotel because it is technically outside of Naples. Despite only being 4km from the airport.

Very basic accommodations and dated facility

Room was quiet , had a refrigerator. Provided a good breakfast

It is located by airport but still far enough - around 6 km from. Hotel provides a shuttle to airport for about 30 EURO, but does not provide service from an airport to the hotel. Taxi is between 35 to 65 EURO (approx. 15 min, depends on traffic)

Good location if you're there to be near airport (we only spent the night before the flight). The staff vas wery nice and helpful. Easy to park athe car. If we would be in the same position again (just to wait for the flight in the morning) we would choose this hotel.

In the early morning there was some noise from outside and the shower in the bathroom was a bit problematic. Anyway we got what we needed.

Friendly staff, helpful and welcoming. modern facility, Very clean. Close to the airport for very early morning flight. Staff arranged for taxi service to airport. Will recommend. Reasonable rates.

In room coffee would have been good. Thought I had changed my booking to include 2 beds, but only had one bed. No negative comments about this hotel.
