Hotel Palazzo Argenta

The room is nice and clean. The breakfast was very good with fresh pastries and coffee.

I booked this hotel to be close to the airport since I had an early flight however once I was in Naples I realised that the distance to the airport from other neighbourhoods was not that much further. Had I known this I would have booked somewhere more central. There's not much going on in this neighborhood and it does have a notorious history of crimes. Having said that I did not feel unsafe. There is a fantastic pastry shop next door to the hotel that I really recommend.

Almost everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations, starting with the lady at reception who listened to our request for a quiet room. The room was modern, smaller than other places we had stayed in on this holiday but sufficient in size. The shower-room was exceptionally modern and clean. There was an electronic safe in the room, but whoever had stayed before had locked it on departure which was not the hotel's fault and I am sure the staff would have quickly attended to it had we been there for longer. Breakfast was the best we had on this trip. Not only did it have variety, but everything was much tastier and better than more expensive places we had stayed at on this trip. The location of the hotel is excellent for getting to the airport with the option of taking the 180 bus directly there or booking a taxi for 20 Euros through the hotel. Staff were excellent, listened and gave good recommendations for local places to eat.

There is not much to say on the negative side. The bottom of the shower leaked onto the floor but this was not a major issue. The location is on a main road in a bustling suburb of Naples which may not appeal to some people. It is a bit of a distance to Naples main attractions, but I would consider staying here again on another visit to Naples.

The installations are great, it is located in a relatively good area with access to busses close to the hotel, however, it can be noisy at night, we were tired enough to sleep very well. Breakfast was included and was amazing. There was great tyical food as well as the continental breakfast, so great for all tastes. Coffee was great. What we like the most was the great staff, Antonella is such a great person, but all the staff made us feel at home. 💯 recommend.

We booked 10 minutes before arrival for one night early June 2022. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A nicely decorated hotel in stylish minimalistic and muted earthy tones. Generous n fresh buffet style breakfast with hot n cold drinks n food, value for money. Our room was quiet with modern bathroom n comfortable king / super king bed. Staff recommended a pizzeria, and a bar/cafe serving cake, pastries n alcoholic drinks close by, both nice. We'll stay again. Highly recommend.

Hmm... if I have to say anyhing, I'd say check the location first..? We had a nice enough walk around the area but its not a tourist hotspot

We stayed for one night to be be closer to the airport for our following morning’s flight. The receptionist was very welcoming and arranged our taxi for the next day. The journey to the airport was approximately 20 mins in busy traffic. Our room was clean but the shower could do with updating. The breakfast had lots of choice and decent coffee served by a nice lady. As other reviews have said, the area isn’t great but bearing in mind we were on the outskirts of a city centre we didn’t venture too far. There is a lovely cafe/ bar next door and a pizza restaurant very close by. The hotel was excellent value and we would book again for the convenience of the proximity to the airport.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast has great variety, and very good pastries. But most importantly, hotel staff were extremely helpful. I had mobility issues due to many hand and knee injuries- Juliana and Mateo at the hotel reception room care of me as a family member. Juliana did not let me touch any of my bags, she brought it up for me (I could not move my right hand at all due to fracture). She also helped me get in to the room, showed me places near by for lunch and dinner. Mateo helped me print all my travel documents, arranged for the taxi to go to the airport, helped me bring the big bag down and put it is the storage so it was easy to check out in the morning. Both Mateo and Juliana helped me with where to buy a suitcase as my bag broke during the arrival. They really went above and beyond to help me and make me welcome, and feel like they weee my family members. This is true hospitality and loving care! I would highly recommend this hotel! It is very close to the airport and not too far from the port. But besides the location, the loving care the staff members offer is beyond my expectations! Grazie Mille Juliana e Mateo! everything was great!

The hotel is in the perfect area to get to and from the airport in Naples. It is in a residential area so a very different experience to being in the centre of Naples. Easy to get to by bus from the airport.

The staff are not very good at responding to emails. We sent several using various means of communication about organizing transport to the airport. They can do so, but taking the bus is easier, and cheaper!

Breakfast was very good with very good Italian coffee and everything you need plus a great variety of sweet pastries. Furthermore the reception staff was exceptional, especially Alessio he spoke excellent English and was able to help me out a lot, he was very friendly and professional!

Location is far away from Naples centre and buses to the city centre come infrequently.

Breakfast was good, nice choice of food. Public transport to the city is available close to the hotel and tickets are cheap. There is a nice bakery just next door and a restaurant that has the best pizza just down the road. The room was clean and serviced every day.

There were no coffee or tea making facilities in the room.

we liked a lot: The Renovated room and surroundings. The breakfast which exceeded our expectations, as it was fully complete. The cleanliness of the rooms, as the staff passes every morning and refreshes the room. the comfort of the bed which was big enough and comfy.

we did not like: the size of the room which is rather small for two persons as it turned out we could not open our luggage.
