Our host Riccardo was very helpful and punctual and we really appreciated his efforts to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was great, he put some extra attention to our tastes. The room was very spacious and very well furnished, I liked it a lot. The view to the mountain was marvellous too. The bathroom was huge and very convenient. As we visited in January, it was a huge advantage that the room was warm and cosy. We surely had everything for a great stay!

The internet connection was somewhat slow and a bit intermittent from time to time. It rained rather often (no surprise in January), so we realized the location was not as very central as we might have wished, so walks in the rain were just longer than needed.

The host is super helpful and speaks perfect English. The B&B is very clean and the room is big. The private bathroom is also of decent size. All tourist attractions are easily walkable and there are many restaurants nearby. The host also prepares a very generous breakfast every morning. It's also easy to get to the airport. You can take the bus or the train. We preferred the train and walked a few minutes to Palermo Lolli station. Suggestion if your flight is late and you're looking for a last swim before: The train to the airport stops in Capaci. My partner and I stopped there and enjoyed a few hours on the beach before continuing towards the airport.

The private bathroom is right opposite the hallway. We didn't mind going that 1 metre through the hallway, but take note that it's not inside the room.

Riccardo was very kind and helpful. The location was reasonable, and the nearby paid parking was convenient.

On arrival by car there were no clear instructions on getting into the property; the apartment was on the 4th floor of 38B, not 38 as stated on Booking.com. We were double parked on a busy street so as to offload our bags, and finally got in after calling Riccardo and receiving appropriate information. Everything went well after that!

I can't explain what a quality host Riccardo is, the hotel is very quiet and clean. You feel at home from the moment you arrive until you leave. The view from the balcony of the room to Monte Pellegrino and the park is magnificent. The breakfast is delicious and includes the following: yogurt, coffee, bread, butter, cookies, juices, water, milk, cornflakes, croissant, Nutella and fruits. The room is quite spacious and although the bed is a bit hard you can rest well. If you want to store your things (laptops, passport) feel free to do so and also the closet has a key. The bathroom is private and extremely clean, the access is in the hallway outside the room (it is quite private).

Ricardo was a very nice host, always friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and had a decent size. Baths are private but you have to cross the hall with 2 steps. We were given the last room on the floor with an additional door sep. us from other guests and had more privacy which we appreciated a lot. The interior is a bit old fashioned but of very good quality. A lot of plugs and an electrical shutter were of great use. The balcony and the views are 10/10.

You may notice a lot of garbage in the area but we recognized it is not a problem of the hood but of whole Sicily. Nothing the host has impact about.

Kemonia is located walking distance from historic center of Palermo. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Our room was very clean and had a balcony with a nice view. There is a very convinient car park Apcoa Orlando, 10 euro per day. It's 2 minute walk from the B&B. Riccardo is a great host, he is very helpful and speaks very good english.

Only thing I can think of is a bit of a noise from the street but it is middle of the city so it's understandable.

The host was amazing, helped us will all our questions. The room was lovely and amazing value for money. While the location was not in the center of town we liked it as it gave us some privacy and we were away from all the noise. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Nothing, it was perfect

The localisation is in walking distance of the major attractions of the city which helps immensely while visiting. The breakfast was copious in quantity and diverse with pastries, fruits, biscuits, tea, coffee etc. Riccardo is calm, agreable and very helpful. As our luggage was lost and the airline company called us while we were away to inform they were delivering it in the next hours, he kindly stayed onsite a bit more to get it for us. He also clearly knows well the region and gives good tips. The room and separate (but private) bathroom were clean, the AC efficient to fight the hot Sicilian summer and the bed confortable.

As we were in the last bedroom the wifi was a bit weaker. We made a suggestion to him to add a repeater.
