Best Western Ai Cavalieri Hotel

The property is in an excellent location. It was in walking distance of central Palermo. The hotel is simple, but the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, particularly Allesandra and Frederica who went above and beyond making our stay enjoyable. They were brilliant at giving us advice on where to go and helped organise lots for us.

The beds were quite hard.

Excellent and friendly staff at the desk - all shifts. We stayed twice in a 2 wk period due to air traffic controller strike. The hotel location provides central access & is very close to many major historical sites, while being in a quiet & attractive side street, without high traffic, noise, and crowds. Extensive excellent breakfast and modern room. Our 3rd trip to Palermo, and the Ai Cavalieri is where we will return.

Cleaning lady: was noisy in the mornings - could hear through door, and a bit thrifty with refilling the toilet paper Parking: guy at parking lot wasn't always there - if your car was parked in by other cars it takes a bit of time until someone else from the hotel comes to help

the location is perfect. it’s located in a very nice area surrounded with good restaurants, and very close to main attractions. the building is classical but the rooms have a completely new bathroom. the room is very big and confortable. no noises or smells

in the breakfast they start to retire all the things 30 min before the theoretical end time.

great walkable location.

it was under construction while there without notification until a few days prior to arrival. The staff was not very helpful with directions or was not knowledgeable about the neighborhood- I needed a laundry and they were not helpful. expensive breakfast for what is provided.

- Good, old fashioned hotel with plenty of character - Clean hotel, with very friendly staff - Nice location - Nice view from the room, and in a generally quiet area

- No airconditioning (this would probably be fine for most people, but my husband is constantly feeling warm) - You can't just have a cup of coffee or tea in the morning - you have to pay for the entire breakfast.

Staff were superb nothing was too much trouble. They arranged restaurants abd parking.

Renovations meant the bar was closed however plenty of places nearby abd there was a fridge in the bedroom.

Perfect location to visit the town: silent area, walking distance to the center and very safe (also during the night). Closed parking available (reasonable price). Friendly and VERY VERY supportive staff. Gluten-free breakfast available (under request). Charming entrance hall. Nice gym. Comfy bed. We will come back.

on first appearance it’s a beautiful hotel, very stylish, very clean and friendly. comfortable rooms and the air conditioning is perfect while you sleep in a hot July. The breakfast is good.

nothing. the streets surrounding the hotel have rubbish everywhere, I’ve never seen anything like it.

The location is perfect and so close to all the incredible attractions plus the hotel speak good English and they where so helpful to me everytime.

i had no problems and would definitely recommend stay there.again.
