Friendly, personal welcome and service. Clean and modern room. Comfortable bed and only 5 minutes walk to the train station. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was really spacious and the fact that there was Netflix was great. It is a new facility, and everything is pristine. The helpfulness of the staff member was much appreciated - in finding the place, helping us with our luggage, and accommodating us with extra linen. The location in terms of distance to the train station, and access to the road to the airport, is excellent. There is not really breakfast, although it is indicated that it is included, however, at least there was coffee, fruit, and a brioche.

The signage outside to indicate where the place is, is very poor. There is no indication at all, other than the address to indicate the location. There is no clear street number or sign indicating exactly where the place is. We ended up going up and down the street at least three times before we found the place (which we only did after calling them). In addition, the fact that the parking facility is two blocks away, is also inconvenient. If no one was there to help us, we would not have been able to cope with dropping off our luggage and entering the building at the same time. It was not ok not to be able to chat in the kitchen while having breakfast. It felt like a boarding school.

Very good location on the centre of the city. Just a two minutes walking distance from the Pisa Centrale Train Station. The Bonaini-1 bus stop was very nearly opposite of the facility. I will rate the location 10 out of 10 . The facility is renovated and well furnished with almost all modern facilities. The bedroom was spacious beyond my expectations. The host was very welcoming and sincere. He nicely explained everything of the facility. And gave me an extra bottle of water after asking. The kitchen area was allocated with some complimentary minimal breakfast, tea and coffee. In the morning I had a rash. Just had a coffee from the kitchen and took my bus. Loved almost everything. I will surely back.

Rooms were very modern, clean and spacious. Couldn't say anything negative about them. TV's with Netflix etc, WiFi very good. We stayed here at short notice after our flight was cancelled and the owners were very helpful and friendly to myself and my family. Let us check in early and met us there. Price for 2 rooms was excellent too. Kitchen area with free tea, coffee, Muffins and Croissants. Only a 3 minute walk from train station, great location. Hotel looked very new to us, nice bathrooms too. Would recommend highly.

We had an unexpected stayover in Pisa and had to find accomodation at the last minute. We found this absolute gem very close to Pisa Train Station. Gani was the perfect host and we had a beautiful room ... everything was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were facilities available in the kitchen area and complementary water in our room... we really could not have been more pleased. We would definitely stay there again while in Pisa and would be more than happy to recommend to others.

- Good location near train station on one side and central street on another - Early checkin by friendly staff - Basic breakfast provided free of charge (but recommend a really good pasticcheria around the corner if you want to upgrade this)

Some details could be better, e.g. bed length, pillow size, duration for hot water to appear, noisiness from other rooms. Overall these were more or less as expected though for a basic B&B place.

I had a nice stay at Bonaini Relax B&B in Pisa! The location is really good, just a stone's throw away from the railway station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The room itself is comfortable, cozy, and perfect for a good night's sleep. I highly recommend it!

The only minor downside was that the breakfast was a bit on the simple side, consisting mainly of fette biscottate, really cheap packaged croissants, and jam.

Really fantastic new hotel rooms with everything well appointed. Friendly manager too. Really great location close to the Pisa train station. If heading to Pisa to see the leaning tower, it is way easier to leave your bags and stay near the station and then be free to walk around the town. There isn't good public transit or taxis in the town, so it's easier to leave the station, find the hotel, leave your bags and then be free to go on foot.

Great location- just few mins from Pisa central station. Room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived quite late due to flight delay but we were able to check in straight away without any waiting time, thanks to the flexibility and hospitality of the staff. They also offered the luggage service, which was very helpful.

Nino and Gani were incredibly helpful, going the extra mile for us when we needed them to. The location was very convenient being so close to Pisa railway station. The room was bright and airy and the air conditioning was excellent!
