We had a late flight and we were greeted upon arrival and shown round by a lovely lady who was very helpful. Our room was a great size with a balcony. All the staff were lovely and the fresh scrambled eggs on our first morning was great. There's a good selection of cakes and fresh coffee plus ham, cheese etc. We arrived on NYE for 2 nights, so there wasn't much open nearby, It is about a 15/20 minute walk to the Tower, plus areas with restaurants, bars, shopping etc. It's a beautiful old villa in a residential area.

Great if you want to be away from the crowds, but a touch far if you want to just pop out for a meal. * This was because of when we stayed, NYE, and New years Day*.

Comfortable stay with nearly 10 min walk to Pisa. Has a bus stop opposite if you need local transport. Staff was friendly and helpful. For departure we requested help with 2 taxis. The owner was around and very prompt making best efforts to get the 2 together. Is a nice neighborhood away from Hussle bustle but also accessible for biggest charm that took us to Pisa. The pizzeria opposite is nice and keeps busy (opens i think 530pm) for evening and we waited for an hour to get 7 in group seated. So recommend early booking (if they take). Overall a good place for families and recommended.

-The staff were extremely friendly especially at Breakfast. The Breakfast was lovely. -The location is good and easy access to the main tourist area. -The rooms were quite large, beds comfortable. One of the rooms had a balcony, which was nice.

-Unfortunately for Villa Regina there is a house next door that seems to have been abandoned and looked a real mess. Not really fair on the owners of the Villa, who appear to try so hard to welcome guests and keep their villa looking rather nice. The taxi dropped us in front and so that is what we saw first when we arrived. -We booked 2 deluxe rooms, but I think one should have been charged less as it did not have a balcony and seemed smaller. Too many chairs in the 2nd room. -The is not a criticism of the Villa, but hard to find a good restaurant in Pisa. Perhaps that is to be expected, but being in Italy expectations are high.

Very nice staff, could not be brtter!

With its secure, on-site parking, a quiet, secluded room with a separate entrance and small sitting room (ask for the outside room) and helpful staff, we were more than happy to have two stays at Villa Regina. The location is very convenient for accessing the historic centre of the city - with or without a car. A service laundry just up the road was a bonus after a week of travelling.

There was nothing not to like - we would certainly return.

We had the BEST experience with the staff who happily accommodated our later check in and was ready greet us in the morning with a warm breakfast. We even received a call from the property when we accidentally left some paperwork in our room, and they wanted to make sure we didn’t need it before disposing of it. Clean room, great location, great AC, zero complaints!We also loved that our car had a secure spot to park overnight.

Villa Regina is ideally located for visiting local attractions etc and minutes in walking distance to bars and restaurants. it’s a beautiful, traditional building, comfy beds, clean and excellent value for money. we received a very warm welcome and staff were exceptionally helpful on check in and check out. a true gem of a find and would highly recommend staying there.

wasn’t anything to dislike

Location was easily accessible by bus Line no. 4, which stops right in front of the gates. We were guided through the entrance on the phone because we arrived 30 mins early. This was very kind of the host, we appreciated the flexibility. The room was a good size. We stayed in a ground floor room and the host apologized that we couldn't stay upstairs which would have been a bit more quiet. There wasn't a lot of street noise that we heard, but we could hear steps from the upstairs room a bit earlier in the morning then we wanted to wake up. Breakfast was nice.

It's an old house, so you can hear doors being closed and your upstairs neighbors walking in their room, so there is a bit of a noise, but nothing terrible. It was Easter so there wasn't much street traffic.

Really lovely place to stay, comfortable and so close to the main area with the tower etc. Free on site parking which was a real bonus and a lovely breakfast in the morning. Great air con especially as it was so hot when we were there. Hosts were really friendly and the whole place was very relaxed. Would happily stay here again.

Everything was great.

clean, tasty interior design, private parking, quiet area, walking distance of the spot with all the attractions. We would chose again/ recommend the place.

The fridge was too small to store drinks and food especially in summer when you love to keep your drinks and fruits cold and fresh. Breakfast area too small when guests from 4 different rooms take the breakfast at the same time. Would have be nicer to offer breakfast outside in the nice garden instead of inside in a tiny little space.
