Hotel Villa Primavera

This hotel was perfect. The price matched the expectations, the location was ideal, as it was very close to the Leaning Tower (10-15min walk) but also to the city centre and to the Pisa Centrale (20min walk). The room and the bathroom were big enough for the two of us, and everything was clean :). The hotel looks the same as the pictures provided and the staff was very nice to us when we arrived and every day until we left :)

The only small issue was that the curtains on the window could not be opened, but the window was opened non stop, with a net that stopped any bugs or mosquitoes from getting in, so we were happy with that.

The properties location was excellent. it was a easy 10 min walk to the main attraction in Pisa. Easily accessible by bus and train. east bus transportation to other areas. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and a good size. bathrooms are clean and there was always hot water:

It was very basic for the price. no safe, limited toiletries and no tea making facilities in the room, but your paying for the location.

The hotel was easy to locate and the entrance with garden was really lovely, the host was welcoming and check in was easy, the host spoke several languages so comminication was easy, we parked at the hotel which was great. The room was clean, the decor was a little dated but we were only staying overnight so was not important. The bathroom was fine and the owner provided some toiletries which was nice. Breakfast was served downstairs and we were made welcome, drinks and fruit juice were given straight away and a Gluten Free option of some small cakes was much appreciated.

Sadly no air conditioning was available during a really bad heat wave making sleeping difficult, our room was located facing the main road which was a bit noisy. We could have asked the owner if he had a fan we could use but stupidly we did not ask.

The service from the concierge was exceptional. We'd been trying to organise a 5am taxi to the airport for the next day for hours with no joy from any app, website or phone number. Concierge was able to get a taxi organised very late in the night taking away a lot of stress. Otherwise super friendly and a nice hotel.

I couldn't get hot water from basin but honestly didn't really need it. Shower was still hot.

Family of four visit.Stayed in the b & b opposite the hotel.Location of the hotel was great, only a short walk to the Tower. Efficient check in and helpful owner. Accommodation was comfortable with a small balcony on main street and good sized bathroom with towels etc.Main bed was comfortable. Building was quiet and secure. It has a garden at the back so in the evening you could sit outside. Light croissant and drink breakfast in the morning across the road at the main hotel.

. Room was a little cooler than I would have liked but it is April and in the summer that's probably a good thing. We requested another blanket for the second night and that helped..Sofa bed for kids... A little hard 🤔 The location is great but can be noisy with traffic at peak times and helicopters flying overhead one night. If you are out and about and need a base then the location is great and suits that. Overall a good base, depends what you are looking for in terms of comfort in a hotel. I would have liked a little more for our stay but it was clean, secure, located well, quiet, and good for our stay in Pisa.

It is as advertised and good value for money. My room was behind the main building in a separate building so it was very quiet. Parking is also behind the main building safely away from the street and I felt secure about my motorbike there. Short walk away from the Duomo and supermarket. Perfect one night stopover to see the sights with a reasonable price.

The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the main train station. It was about a 10 minute walk to the leaning tower. The staff was friendly, the room was as described, the bed was comfortable. It took the hot water in the shower about 5 minutes to heat up. But once it was heated up it was good.

No complaints.

Location Excelent. Very Friendsly Helpfull Staff. Room was Very Spacius and airy. I cannot Fault this Hotel. The Price was great too. I would come back to Pisa just to stay in this Hotel. Oh and the Wild Boar Pasta Meal they reccommented. Excelent. (Bar & Food 62)

Loved Everything

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Room was big, clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is "only" sweet but great. Croissant, Jam, butter, juice, very very good coffee :). Fine position in the center, 10 minutes to Tower, 15 minutes from train station. I recommend this Hotel. Thank you very much

WiFi does not Work in our room but it wasnt problem for us

The location was very convenient - walking distance to the historical landmarks. It had parking available which was perfect for us and was free, so we didn't need to pay extra. The staff were also quite lovely.

Beds were not that comfortable. We found a couple of bed bugs in them too. Breakfast was very simple, but their coffee was delicious and good quality.
