I liked everything.The location is spectacular, you can walk everywhere ;Right at the door you have buses and the subway. The place has surprised me a lot because it has been a week like being at home ,the staff is incredible. The attention. The cleanliness is very good. We have stayed a very good week in this hotel and very grateful for the help provided at all times . They don't have breakfast but it's also located near shops that you can go down and have everything , but they have a coffee machine with several things , the coffee it’s great 👍 so for me that wasn't a problem.( no breakfast) I hope I can go back to Rome and return to the same hotel, by the way, the mattresses are very good and it is appreciated after a day in the streets of Rome .it’s a really gooood place . 🥰 ahh ,and very fast wifi 👍

This hotel was much better than I have expected or read in the reviews. It is located just next to the metro station Barberini, which makes moving around the city super comfortable and easy. There are also many bus stops, but having a metro is already great enough. The room was clean and comfortable. There is no breakfast option, but there are some places nearby where you can have coffee, also the hotel has a coffee machine with some snacks. There is small fridge in the room and wifi works well. The PAM supermarket is just on the corner, and there are restaurants nearby. Trevi fountain is just 10min away. The staff was very friendly. We arrived in the morning and we left our luggage at the hotel before the check in, and also after checkin we could leave the luggages and return to pick them up later.

The room was very nice and extremely clean. The A/C was good and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel provided new towels and toilet paper on a daily basis. The staff was helpful and spoke English well. The hotel is located at a central position, right next to metro station Barberini. Therefore, it was easy for us to reach the most important sites by metro (Vatican, Colosseo, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese). The hotel is within walking distance from major sites: Around 10 to 15 minutes from Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Villa Borghese and around 20 to 25 minutes from Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona and Pantheon. Furthermore, in front of the hotel there are bus stops with various buses useful for reaching the aforementioned sites when metro is not available as well as Isola Tiberina and Trastevere. Near the hotel there are some choices for eating and drinking that are cheaper compared to the rest of Rome. Moreover, a supermarket is close to the hotel, where water can be bought at a reasonable price.

- A portable, stronger hair drier would be nice. - The hotel entrance unlocks with the room key card. This makes it extremely difficult for one double room visitor to leave the hotel without the other visitor.

Fast check-in in the late night, porter was very helpful. Very clean. Maids made high quality service on daily basis. Nice room view. Perfect location in 10 minutes away from the Spanish steps, metro station is less than 1 minute walk from the hotel.

Instead of king size bed we had two combined mattresses. No kettle and glasses.

I liked everything about this accommodation as it exceeded my expectations. Its super central and super safe for solo travellers. It is also extremely clean and comfortable. I will stay here again when I visit Rome again for sure and would recommend it to all family and friends. Its also quiet but really central which was surprising.

They don't offer breakfast which I knew when I booked it. It wasn't an issue however as there are cafes across the street. Oh a tiny thing, it didn't have a long mirror - I stayed in a few hotels in Rome and none of them had a long mirror so not sure if its just a Rome thing.

Excellent location. The property has a Very interesting history as well. Islam at the desk was so welcoming and informative. We really appreciated his valuable directions and recommendations. Mattress was AWESOME. Room had all we needed including lovely linens, safe, a fridge, a hair dryer, and air conditioning. 

The air conditioning seem to have a glitch in it the first day, and did not respond to anything we changed with the settings, but it seemed to sort itself out the next day I found several hairs on the bathroom floor that we’re definitely not ours, but otherwise, the room was very clean. The shower drain is a bit slow.

Casa I Cappuccini location is excellent to most Rome's attractions. It is 10 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain, 10 minutes walk to Spanish Steps and Pathenon, 20-minute walk to Colosseum. The train terminal and bus stations are a mere 2 minutes walk if you prefer to take a bus or a train. The room and bathroom are clean and spacious. Although it doesn't provide breakfast, there are many bakeries and restaurants are located around Casa I Cappuccini.

Casa I Cappuccini could clean up the fallen leaves in front of the hotel. It could cause people to slip if they don't pay attention. The fallen leaves are hiding the extremely slippery pavement.

The location is very good....just walking distance from the Trevi Fountain, metro station is just within 50 meter, and the room was quite spacious...... loved it... value for money

Wonderful experience! Welcomed with warm smile and greeting, we got a perfect twin room. Very clean! with window and view to inner paved yard (next to church). Plenty storage, specious. Beds were comfy, clean sheets and towels everyday. clean bathroom with strong water stream, very hot water any time. Small fridge!! (formally was minibar it seems :)) Baggage storage all day at NO EXTRA COST! Great air condition Elevator to all floors and good access the staff is very kind, helpful and carrying. Location - PERFECT! right next to Metro and busses. 5 Min from the Spanish stairs 7 Min walking from Trevi fountain 8 Min walking from main stores street with almost any brand - AX, GAP, ZARA, H&M, Boss, Brandy, Sephora and many many more. 10 Min from gardens (fun to rent the bike and stroll over the huge parks). Close to supermarkets like Coop or Carrefour. Plenty of restaurants, food, coffee and gelato places. not only the tourists ones but more unique and local Italian style. This hotel is defiantly our go to hotel for next trip to Rome.

It's not important to me but just for who it's important to them: no cattle for tea or coffee.
