Really liked this hotel. Communication in advance was really good. Very clear instructions. Reception was great. Very friendly. Our room was cosy but really nice. We booked the only room with a terrace. Well worth the extra. The terrace is huge. It was like a private garden. The bed was comfortable. Loved the shower. I would definitely come back. Breakfast was in the Cafe below the hotel. The Cafe owner was super nice. A generous and delicious breakfast. Brilliant location.

There are a lot of stairs. OK for us, but probably not great if you have mobility issues.

The location is very central and it is easy to access everything from the hotel. The personal was very kind and welcoming. The design of room was nice. Overall it is very optimal hotel where to stay, because location is good and the room is good and has everything you need, but it is not something exceptional or luxury, it is very simple, but a good option where to stay in Rome.

Botique design style hotels sometimes forgets about very practical things, and at this hotel the light in the room was too dark and the bathroom was not very comfortable in terms of furniture set up and light.

absolutely fantastic location, all the main tourist attractions are within walking distance and very accessible from Ciampino airport. The rooms we had were smart, nicely decorated and furnished well. The reception was really helpful and welcoming.

One of the rooms we had was quite small and all of the rooms had some visible mould, however both these issue were pretty minor for us. There wasnt much space to hang clothes in the small room. Carrying the suitcases up the steps was a nuisance but we were completely aware we needed to do this before going.

excellent location, convenient checkin and checkout even in the middle of the night. staff left WhatsApp message and replies promptly. Adriana at the front desk was courteous and helpful, really nice and personal experience 🙏🏻

the rooms are ultra small, ok for a compact couple like is, but I wonder how taller or larger couples would fit. the rooms are renovated to make it very romantic however the light in the room is very dim, we had to use our flash checking for our cloths and a an option for central brighter light would make things so easy 💡

Great hotel!! The room was really so lovely and had lots of character! It was clean, a good size, comfortable and felt very new. The bathroom was great as well, enjoyed the big waterfall shower, and the lighting in there was very cool! The steps to get up to the lobby and rooms are quite narrow and steep if you have a big suitcase, but the lovely staff member helped me with my bag, and they accommodated me with a room on the first floor, so it was not an issue in the end. Awesome location 10/10, would definitely recommend and stay there again next time I'm in Rome. Thanks!

Excellent location, elevator wasn’t operating due to some “city issues “ which was a bummer. But the girl on duty immediately jumped in to assist with helping us with our luggage. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Excellent coffee shop right next door and walking distance to EVERYTHING! Staff arranged a 330am pick up to the airport for us. Exceptional service in times when service is average at best.

The location is perfect. It's incredibly clean. The staff go so far out of their way for you. And the rooms are very comfortable and stylish. The coffee maker in the room is great. Even most 5 stars in Italy don't have an in-room coffee machine.

Since it's a small boutique hotel, they don't have a grand lobby or giant space. Which is fine, but if you want a big hotel with a pool and restaurants, this isn't for you.

Best hotel in our entire trip! Shouldn’t be a 3-star hotel, the room was very modern and sophisticated. Really close to subway station and points of interest. Would definitely come back!

There is an elevator, but it is out of order. There’s a lot of stairs to climb, which can be a bother - even if you’re traveling light. Also, there was heavy leakage from the shower box.

Very good location, the hotel has a very small entrance and narrow corridors but somehow the rooms are very big! It was like a surprise. And the interior was very stylish, I really liked it and would recommend it to my friends.

The entrance is hard to find ...... And they don't have a lift. Don't book here if you are carrying very large luggage.

Excellent location, close to metro, clean and has a fabulous coffee shop next door

Room was comfortable and clean but couldn’t fit two large suitcases open on floor area. Lift was out of use and all rooms/reception are not on ground level. Wasn’t a real issue but worth noting.
