Perfect place near Fountain De Trevi and metro station. A lot of restaurants around and couple of supermarkets. Cozy room with a big wardrobe, spare blankets, kettle, instant coffee and dry cream. The staff is extremely friendly, I made some mistakes while checking in, but they fixed it on remote, without me coming back to the place. Clear instruction how to use entrance codes. Very good breakfast with pastry, cornflakes, tea/coffee, milk, jams and butter. You can get fruits as well. The breakfast is delivered to your room by time according to your request. Manager at the reception was kindly and kept my luggage whole day long after my check out, because I had late flight.

Flat and narrow pillows could be more comfortable. And you have to do something with the entrance door bell. Every time when someone used the code, it buzzed horrible, even in the middle of night. My room was the first at the corridor and I woke up at least 3 times.

Position is fantastic, rooms spacious & super clean. Staff friendly & a great breakfast provided.

A couple of hiccups, we had 2 rooms for a 4 night stay. One shower had no hot water & although reported in day 1 was still not fixed when we departed. We only had 1 person in each room so just shared 1 shower between us but to be there 4N with no solution provided is not a great scenario. I reported again when checking out & person on reception said they’d report it straight away, as though no prior knowledge of issue. Other than that was a great stay

Took a Long time for the hot water and the shower trickled unless you used cold water. In our room there were A LOT of little fruit flies or other small bugs constantly flying around

Outstanding location within easy walking distance of many restaurants and some of the biggest sights in Rome. We walked no more than 10 minutes to the Trevi Fountain, and found at least a dozen very good restaurants within the same distance or less. Well kept and recently remodeled facility and rooms with everything we needed. Inexpensive breakfast that far exceeded our expectation: it listed what sounded like basic American style breakfast which we were not very interested in, but what showed up was a great Italian version with many delicious choices. Overall, an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, features, and cost.

The hotel (more like a residential room) was central and a fab base to tour the city. Room is basic, but we had everything we needed as we were up and out early and back in late to sleep. Mini bar available with reasonable prices (although we never used it). Room nearer reception could be seen as a pain (with the noise of the door buzzer going to come in or go out). Bathrooms could be doing with an upgrade, but for what we paid, it was ok. Breakfast was a continental breakfast, and you could add on for extra €s. Was enough to keep us going until lunch. The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful and had given us a map which did come in handy throughout our visit. Good all-around basic hotel/room, central to everything and cost effective.

The toilet seat could be less squinty. The noise of the buzzer/door mechanism was noisy, especially just after 6 am when the workers began their shift.

The location is excellent, very easy to reach by public transportation. The breakfast is served in the room which I saw for the first time.

The room I stayed in was very small, there was a window but you couldn't see outside as it was covered with a curtain. No keys or key cards are used to open the doors and the gate to the property, instead you get a combination. It's a good idea but when the internet connection is poor for a reason the combination may not work and you may not be able to get in.

The breakfast was absolutely perfect. What a lovely treat to enjoy a lovely homemade breakfast in the comfort of our own room, and brought right to our door. The location was magnificent: 10-minute walk to the Trevo Fountain, 20-minute walk to the Colosseum, and a 15 second walk to the nearest Metro station. There is also a fabulous restaurant directly across the road.

The beds aren’t especially comfortable but they were perfectly fine. Not a complaint.

The place has a great location and price-quality wise was very good. You can walk through Rome from here and access to every monument or attraction by foot, which we liked a lot. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy also. The staff is very kind as well and when we asked for map the receptionist gave us one and made us a route to see all the importante places around, it was very helpful. Breakfast was normal, some crackers, pastry, coffee and a salty option you can choose the night before, and very punctual. Good choice!

The rooms are located along a corridor and you get to hear people walking, talking, or cleaning, which is not a big issue but if you want to rest or sleep out it might bother you a bit.

My girlfriends and I came to Europe for the 1st time and had SO MUCH FUN!! We found this hotel to not only be very charming, but a fantastic central location for our needs. The staff we so very helpful and sweet with us. They took the needed time to help and answer all questions we had. They provided great tips on places to see and those to stay clear of. We all LOVED it here and will stay here again!!! This is a charming place with old school feel and we felt completely safe the entire visit here.

Beds are a bit old and stiff in our room, but we did just fine.

great location. The rom was basic but adequate for what I needed. the best thing was the staff. Even though my flight was 3 hours delayed, Niro waited for me until 11pm. He was a great star to my stay in Rome.

The acoustics of the place were not the best. I could hear people talking across the hall. And I could hear people at the front desk talking.
