Excellent Trinity Rooms0

Location was easy walking distance to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain,and Borghese, plus there were lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. The room was very clean and updated, the property was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. we got a kick out of the old fashioned elevator that took us up to the fourth floor where our room was. And we really liked the safety of the building. Isabella made the booking go very easily and answered all of our questions prior to our trip, and Rosalia made fantastic breakfasts. We loved the omelettes that she made and the wonderful cappuccinos.

Was initially difficult to find only because it’s busy around there. it’s directly across from the theatre. read the instructions careful to gain access to the property and room. No issues if you read carefully. lift works well but it is small. Property was super clean and a stone’s through to the Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain, etc. can’t get much better.

The shower head holder was broken. Shower initially a bit tricky to turn in as it’s a fancy jacuzzi one but instructions provided - no issue really. just funny at the time.

The building entrance leads to a wonderful old cage elevator barely fitting two people with luggage. You must close both the inner and outer elevator doors. At night the building entrance is by using a door code. . The fourth floor rooms are accessed with another code. Our digital room key was waiting on the desk. When you enter your room you must insert the digital card into the slot by the door for the lights to operate for more than 30 seconds. The large well maintained room had a couch, chair, a comfortable king bed and space for hanging/luggage storage. Large bath area "enclosable" with a curtain. Separate door off of the bathroom for the toilet, bidet and a small secondary sink. The breakfast eggs were made to order with available fruit, desserts, juices, breads, spreads and a toaster. Coffee and cappuccino made to order. Daily maid service! Wonderful location for exploring eating, drinking, shopping and people watching. Taxis are only available at taxi stands. One is nearby. Electrical outlets all require European plugs or adaptors.

Staff was very accommodating and the communication with the host was excellent. Great location with just a short walk to Barberini metro station (5 minutes max), the Spanish steps are right down the street, there are 3 restaurants on the same street (steps from the B&B / the one where we ate had good food at a very reasonable price), and there is a quick mart across the street.

Not a big complaint, but there is some street noise until late at night for those who need absolute quiet. And it would be nice to have had a fan to move some air and have some white noise to offset the street noise. Also, I was surprised that soap wasn't provided for showering. I had packed some, but it's not something I usually think to pack. Again, not a big deal.

Location location location, I loved that this apartment is situated in the prettiest part of Rome, just near the Spanish steps and in seconds you can be sitting down at a local restaurant in the street eating pizza.The apartment is quiet, spacious, beautifully decorated and has a very large comfortable bed. There is a beautiful old style lift that is an experience on its own ! Blanca was very friendly and helpful even ordering us a taxi ( something we struggled with in Rome )

It was a quiet quaint accomodation. Comfortable beds. Clean fresh towels daily. Rooms made up every day. Beautiful large French windows. We loved the Roman baroque feel of the apartment . It’s round the corner from Trevi fountain and Spanish steps.

The bathroom was a tad small and shower /bathroom didn’t have a door. So for friends staying together there’s no privacy. The toilet does have its own room and door however.

Everything about this stay was excellent! Spacious room, comfortable need, excellent shower, extra pillows, air-conditioned, care for details such as shampoo, tooth paste, tooth brush... Etc. The best thing about this stay is the lovely staff. Angelica and Rosaria are very sweet, accommodating and kind. The breakfast they offer is great with many, delicious home made bakery! The location is at a walking distance to all big attractions and also right next to the bus station and the metro. So much ease of access and many food options! I highly recommend this place for everyone, couples, solo and families!

Everything! Could not ask for a better place to stay in Rome. Angelica and Girro, the host, are the greatest. Breakfast was always an experiance, I was traveling with my young daugther who speaks Romanian and it turns out Angelica is from Romania. This led to lively conversations in English, Romanian and Italian. There was always someting new for breakfast including home made pasteries. Rooms are large and spotless. We need to change rooms at one point which I expected to do myself, but after our morning walk was suprised to see everything moved and setup the same as we had it before.

There was nothing we didn't like.

If you want to feel the spirit of Italy 🇮🇹- Trinity rooms are the best decision. We just loved our host, who was really friendly and each morning made very delicious breakfast. The rooms were cleaned each day. All attractions can be reached by foot. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would reccoment it 100%!

Small minus - the sounds from the street. But you live in the centre of Rome, so can’t complain 😀

Rozalia is great hostess. The apartment is in the best location close to the metro and very close to the most famous places of the Center. The room was spotless clean and has everything you need. The location has keyless access which is very useful. Breakfast was amazing and full of Italian tastes!!! we loved the tiramisu. we recommend the place and we will visit again in the future!!!!!
