Rooftop Terrace is a highlight, as was the helpful and friendly attitude of all of the staff. Location is very convenient to most sites and there is a metro station 2 minutes away. Would recommend

Breakfast was good. Gabrielle the concierge was great. Unfailingly helpful and patient. The hotel had a good vibe and was very pleasant to be in.

Our room was small. We had it made as a twin but we may as well have been in the same bed. Beds were right next to each other.

Nice and elegant hotel. Cleanliness like I've never seen before. Had the chance to have a 3rd floor room (room 307) with a nice view from our window. The hotel is very silent. No noice. Breakfast outside in a nice little courtyard. The situation of the hotel is convenient. 5 minutes walk to Spanish steps, 10 minutes to Trevi Fountain, 20 minutes from Termini station. The reception helped with the booking of restaurant.

Classic double room a bit small but sufficient for a 3 night stay. Lack of storage space in the bathroom and cupboards. Breakfast could be a little more varied. The man at the reception on the evening of the 28th August wasn't very pleasant. The rooftop could be a little more cosy by putting some music and candles on the tables.

this hotel was spotless, luxurious, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and transport to all major attractions. The rooms were beautifully fitted with modern bathroom and hairdryer. Great buffet breakfast to suit all tastes. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they all looked so smart in their uniforms. Their barman is a cocktail genius and even gave us a huge automatic umbrella to take out one rainy evening, his recommendation for a local restaurant was perfect…..superb hotel, could not fault anything.

Nothing to dislike about this very well managed establishment.

The hotel does serve a nice breakfast in the morning but doesn’t have a restaurant. The staff we dealt with (Stefano and his father, Tim, Daniele, Michael, Virginia and Gianna) were absolutely wonderful and helped us with booking tours and whatever we needed. The hotel is located off Piazza Barberini and is within walking distance of many sightseeing places. In addition to the outdoor breakfast area, the hotel has a beautiful rooftop garden.

We would have appreciated water bottles in the room every day. The mattresses could be more comfortable.

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Our rooms were very small but we booked last minute and I believe there are other rooms available normally. The location was really good, close to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain.

As mentioned our room and bed were very small so, if there for a few days, upgrade from the classic - nothing else was available when we booked as it was last minute. We were originally booked to stay at a different hotel but I realised (very late) that the location wasn't going to suit us - this hotel was SO much better and the roof bar was great in the evening heat. The barman was exceptional.

There are so many positives to this hotel, lovely and modern, close to the Spanish Steps, a beautiful terrace at the top of the hotel and very friendly staff. We arrived early on our first day hoping to leave our bags at the hotel but Sandra was so helpful and mentioned our room was ready early and we could check in 3 hours early! So handy! I would definitely stay here again!

I felt the continental breakfast wasnt the most inspiring, maybe more of a selection of fruit and cheese!

This hotel has three things going for it. First the location could not be bettered, a short walk to the Borghese Gardens and only minutes from the Spanish steps, yet in a quiet location. Front rooms overlook gardens. Second the roof terrace and the top sun deck with jacuzzi. Finding open space at a Rome hotel is a bonus. Third the staff were exceptional.

The fruit at breakfast was a little repetitive and could have been wider in selection.

The breakfasts was terrible… we only went once in the 6 days we were staying .. So went around the corner very day for breakfast and of had to pay for it !!! 😡😡😡
