The host was very pleasent, polite and communicative. He gave us several useful tips about local dishes and places. The location was fine, close to metro and bus stations. The room was clean and pretty comfortable for 2 people.

We had 2 packed croassant and 2 packed cakes for breakfast with coffee and tea in total foe 3 days. Therefore, if you like having good breakfast in the morning, you should not count on it, but the rest was great. Good value for the price, i would recommend.

Host is very nice, friendly and helpful, location is great, easy access to center, to sightseeing, room is small but comfy, equiped all basic necessities, beautiful and quiet park nearby, quiet and clean neighbourhood

Communication with owner was great, responding asap, being nice and helpful. Apartment looked cozy and comfortable, everything was fine and cleaned up.

Air conditioning should have bigger tank for water (to prevent from spilling out). Also forks, knives were a bit dirty and we expected more from breakfast but as a starter it was enough.

The room is in a nice villa in beautiful area. The room was big an clean, also the bathroom. Breakfast was prepacked. We could also find a free parking space on the street. Te owner was helpful and checked how we were, also helped us finding a place for COVID quick test. Good accommodation.

The location is a bit far to walk to the attractions.

Simple but nice place - basically a studio flat in an apartment house rented out by the next door neighbour.

I wish there was an opportunity to choose not to have cleaning on a shorter stay. The cleaner came by 9.30 both mornings and asked when I would be leaving the flat. As I didn’t know when I would be leaving there was an awkward situation. I would have much preferred to have known in advance that the cleaning would be at 10 AM unless I chose not to have it.

The location was great, close to the metro. The check in was also very practical.

The breakfast was coffee, some apples and a croissant in a plastic bag. We were expecting more of the breakfast.

Great location, near city center. Quiet neighborhood. Owner was very friendly and helpfull. Easy check-in. Breakfast was ok - a box of croissants and some juce.

The room wasn't as clean as we would like to. The A/C had a small tank that was filling with water really fast so we were forced to check it quite often.

close to a metro station that was only a few stops from the coloseum and near a supermarket. large room and separate entrance way

very loud building work started at 7am. room was very hot so had to have the window open- there may have been an air con/heater unit but it wasn’t plugged in. the lamps didn’t match and one had the remainants of a lampshade but had clearly been on fire. main light and bathroom were pretty dirty and the breakfast could have been a lot better - a plain croissant for example could have come with butter or jam

It was just near the Metro line B station Policlinico, so getting around was a lot easier. There was an AC, which is a lifesaver in Rome, and the owner left some snacks and coffee on the table, which constituted the breakfast.

The bed broke the very moment we sat on. The owner said that’s normal and we can fix that. This happened way too many times, and when you are on vacation, this is the last thing that you would like to deal with. The bed sheets had holes, towels had hairs on them. Now I have seen worse, but not for the price.
