Size and cleanliness

The front desk reception gives your prisoner’s experience and make you feel you are his prisoner. I had my daughter visiting me for couple hours and leave, the reception and older gentleman who checked me in first. called me and told me in the room two times before 09:30 PM and asked if my daughter was leaving or staying with you overnight. He lacked the common sense. A bedroom with 4 beds only 4 people can sleep, there is no room for more than 4 to sleep. The fact that he did not trust me and called me again to see if my daughter was leaving at the night, made me so upset that I did not sleep at all. I hated my stay in the hotel.

The breakfast was nice and rich with lots of options and the coffee was good. the room was nice and clean. As for the location, we were a half an hour walk from the university. and it was a nice walk in the morning. the busses from just outside the hotel go to the termini and in to town. we never had to wait long for a bus. The staff were very nice and helpful

The food we ordered one afternoon could have been better.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Spacious room, breakfast was great, lots of options.. The secret garden out the back was beautiful. A nice peaceful place to relax. Pet friendly hotel too which was nice to see. Bus and metro stops very close, I only used the metro which was a 5 minute walk so it was perfect for us, only a few stops into the centre which was great. A few shops and restaurants nearby aswell. Would stay here again.

Breakfast was great. The man that would make the cappuccino was extremely nice and friendly. The lady that replenishes the food is also nice and friendly. The air conditioner in the rooms was amazing. The rolladens was great! Overall the staff was amazing, the hotel was great. We enjoyed our stay!

A microwave in the rooms would be amazing. We have a toddler that doesn’t always eat when we’re in restaurants so we’d have to bring his food back and would’ve liked to warm it up in the microwave.

Very good hotel in Nomentano. Ideal if you have to be in that area for business. It's a bit far from the city center, but doable. The rooms are quiet and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a a nice garden where you can have lunch or order a drink. Breakfast was also good. Overall, highly recommended.

Although it didn't disturb me personnaly, the room looked a bit outdated

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Fenix. Wonderful staff, delicious breakfast and nice room. Hotel was a bit old, but that added to the charm. Location was a bit out of the way but once we figured out the subway system, we were good.

Some updating in the hotel would be nice.

Friendly and helpful team. :) They had assisted me with information for Venice museum and provide taxi information and contact details. I love atmosphere and the interior of lounge areas outside my room. It was peaceful and provide some privacy for meeting/ discussion.

The weather outside was hot and when returned to the room, the AC of the room doesn't seem to function even during the evening, it gave a blinking green light everytime I switched it on. I had informed the staff at the reception, it has something to do with the split AC. Nevertheless, fortunately they have an air ventilation system, so the room isn't too hot and stuffy.

Good location, near by most visit embassy and consulate, also walking distance from Bus & Train terminal Tiburtia, the internal structure and accommodation it self and very comfortable in special main lobby room giving you the filling that you are on your own living room,

Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't available, in order to complete the a perfect match, which I think was unavailable due to this CV19 issue, but I believe this issue will be sorted out soon, any ladies and gentlemen remember that you will in Roma are many good ristorante and Tratorias and Tabola calda, around the hotel facility.

The room was bigger than we had expected, we absolutely enjoyed the breakfast, the staff was very kind. We also appreciated the location of the hotel being close to the shops and many bus stops going to the centre.

good room, clean. very good breakfest. lovely garden to sit and drink and relax. and the staff...... the staff is amazing! friendly and so helpfull. the downside for us was the distance from the metro station (15 minutes walk), but if you travel by car or a taxi this is a great place to stay.
