Satisfactory, pleasant front desk, clear instructions on getting back in at night. Small nondescript street, very quiet area - but close to a bus stop and a small walk to the BOLOGNA subway stop. Price was decent.
The room was basically taken up by a bed. But I didn't actively dislike that.

It was closed to public transport network. They cleaned the room every day and the places was very quite even in the day and night. The personal was good and give us more suggestion about accommodation and places to visit.
We booked a room but they changed. We announced since the begging about disabilities of one person from the group. At the end they changed the room and it was more than ok for us.

The best option I could find in Rome is not too far from the sights. Walking distance to subway station and then 4 stops to reach the downtown.
It would be nice to have cold water in the fridge by the reception as the one I bought was lukewarm. Might make sense to tune up the fridge a bit:) The toilet seat could use some love. Otherwise, the room was ok.

Staff were extremely welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The location was good, not far from a Metro and Plazza with a number of restaurants, bars and gelato cafes and connection to the attractions of the nearby city centre.

Location is convenient, fairly close to Rome’s historic center, (metro station 10mins walk) in a quiet residential neighborhood, an elegant small building from the 1920s. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable.
It could be a tad cheaper, maybe? Though the manager was generous and gave me a larger 4-beds room for the price of a single. Thank you

I really liked this family run hotel. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. They really made our stay comfortable.
There was only sweet stuff for breakfast, which is OK with me as I like sweet breakfast, but others in my party wanted something salty.

Great location. 7 minutes walk to Piazza Bologna. Comfortable bed, good towels, bathroom amenities.
Very poor breakfast. The room is dark. There are no dishes, not even glasses. The electrical sockets are not working well.

It's a small hotel in a very nice neighborhood. Nice garden for drinking coffee in the morning. Breakfast is on italian way, so don't expect Mediterranean.

Friendly and cooperative staff.. For me, the location was wonderful and close to Piazza Bologna and there are a lot of shops in that area (almost 600-800m away)
