A fantastic hotel, in the most fantastic area of the fantastic city of Ortigia... The location of this hotel is really superb. The room was spacious and the bathroom really good! The hosts are really friendly and helpful!!! Definitely I would be a repeater if I would travel again there!

if you travel with car, be prepared to face some parking issues... The closest public parking is not very close to the hotel. The hotel gives you the opportunity to choose valet parking but this service is not so convenient...

We loved everything about Palazzo Alfeo Aparthotel. Our group just completed a 3 day stay here and it has been absolutely perfect. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. The view from our rooms is amazing and the location couldn’t be better. Federica, one of the hosts here is so sweet and helpful. I texted her for anything we had questions on or wanted to do and she was extremely attentive - she responded immediately and arranged tours and dinner for us and gave recommendations to anything we asked to see/do. She made our stay so easy! Breakfast was delivered to our doors every morning and the rooms were set up so well for my family of four. The beds were super comfortable, and many considerate details laid out in the room to create an extremely comfortable stay, for such a reasonable cost.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about this property.

Situated centrally in Ortigo. We had a very big and comfortable appartement with fast internet and a very efficient air conditioning system, and comfortable beds. There was no elevator to our appartment on the second floor, which was not a problem for us, but one has to know. The place is run by very friendly people. We would go to this place anytime again. In our opinion, it is best to leave the car somewhere close to the entrance of Ortigo, then pay for example with EasyPark and then do a 15 minutes walk with the luggage to the appartment. Alternatively, one could drive closer and then walk only 3 minutes, and then move or have moved the car later. Anyhow, it worked out perfectly.

My husband and I were travelling for our honeymoon and this was one of our favourite accommodations. The Staff were fantastic, they gave us a free bottle of bubbles to celebrate our stay. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals (however so many amazing restaurants right close by) - we walked a little further to find some excellent places. The staff gave us excellent recommendations and were so helpful suggesting some fantastic restaurants and bars. It was busy on the walkway below us but the wooden shutters kept a lot of the sound out. Otigia was an incredible town and Palazzo Alfeo Aparthotel was ann incredible place to stay. We would definitely come back

Noise from restaurant downstairs could bother some really sensitive to sound. But we were totally fine with it. Also no elevator you need to carry your bags - not too many stairs and didnt bother us.

Location was fantastic, watching the sunset from our apartment was amazing. Close to many superb restaurants and cafes, Ortigia has a lovely feeling and is great to wander around. Alessandro and the rest of the team were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations when we asked for them. The apartment was fab, our 4 year old loved the fact that the sofa turned into his bed! The facilities were great, we didn’t want to leave!

There was some live music in the restaurant next door on the first night we arrived and it was pretty loud - they may as well have been playing in our bedroom! It was only really an issue because our son was struggling to sleep, but it finished by 10.30pm so not a big problem. Because the location is so great there is often a hubbub of conversation on the street outside and this can carry on until late. Breakfast is delivered to the apartment in a lovely parcel each morning from a local pasticceria, and we enjoyed everything that was provided, but the lack of choice was a slight issue for our 4 year old.

Staff was welcoming and super friendly and helpful. We booked 15 minutes before we showed up and they were very accommodating and helpful. They arranged a valet service for our car and even came out to meet us at the car drop off location when there was a language barrier with the valet service. The property has free bikes to use was was a great way to get from the hotel to the antiquities park in sericusa. Our room came with breakfast and the staff made sure to get us a platter of fresh fruit, as we have dietary restrictions and wouldn’t be able to eat the standard breakfast. The staff was quick and responsive to all what’s app messages and calls. The location of the aparthotel could not have been better. Great view great music great location

The only thing that I can say is that the beautiful and wonderful noise canceling veranda doors do not stay open on their own and you have to use a piece of furniture to hold the door open. So maybe some sort of hook work be useful?

Lovely apartment, located on the pedestrianised sea front. Well equipped and clean, serviced daily. No outside seating, but French windows opened wide, and we enjoyed sitting looking out with special views. Breakfast deliveries were a daily surprise with a changing sweet and savoury mix from the bakery with a little fruit. Staff very helpful and friendly in recommending and booking restaurants.

Some noise from people walking and talking late on the promenade outside, but to be expected in a town, and we slept well.

Incredibly beautiful room. We stayed in May in the Apartment with Terrace which had multiple large doors that opened to allow in the sea breeze as well as the breathtaking views. Lying in bed, looking at the sky and the water through the doors while feeling the cooling breeze waft over us, as a street performer was playing his accordion below, was among the best moments of out entire trip to Sicily and Tuscany. Great location in the middle of Ortigia in Syracuse, close to the restaurants and cafes. Staff was also extremely helpful, and after we had left some items, they even mailed them to our next hotel. We eagerly look forward to coming again!

We cannot explain how much we loved our stay here. The view from the windows were amazing look out over the bay & watching the sunset over the water. It is so centrally located & such great restaurants & bars

most of the restaurants along the water are very touristy & what we found, not the best food. do yourself a favour and go to restaurants off the beaten track. Also, if you prefer very quiet the passagata may keep you up as people pass along right infront of the hotel.

Beautiful room with a superb location directly on the water on a pedestrian-only suite. We stayed in a deluxe double room which had plenty of space. It is really a large studio apartment beautifully decorated and comfortable. A huge thanks to Alessandro who always went above and beyond. We arrived in a monsoon and without his help things would have been so much more complicated and wet! Breakfast is delivered to the room which was a cute touch and the fridge was stocked with milk, wine, water and juice. The location was perfect for exploring all of Ortigia. Would definitely stay again.
