Hotel Cristallo Relais, Sure Hotel Collection By Best Western

We arrived way too late for check in but the staff was super helpful and we got in even after the deadline. Everything was clean, nice. The breakfast was amazing and very tasty, would probe better if there were bigger glasses for drinks but wasn’t anything bad. The staff in general was really helpful, rooms are nice, bright and clean. Also the view was very nice.

To get into pool you have to wear swimming caps which seemed funny to us and we didn’t get in. The only thing we really didn’t like was the location, because outside the hotel everyone knew we were tourists and stared a lot. I would use this hotel again but only if we were with car. Would say it’s a sketchy place around.

The staff were friendly, very helpful trying to accomodate my poor Italian. nice clean rooms, FANTASTIC swimming pool!

The bed was very hard. Otherwise pretty good. The room doors need oil on the hinges- they all creak like a haunted house! As I was using public transport, I found it quite a way out, & a 15min walk from the train station to the bus stop . Thanks to the locals, I got there though!

the staff were amazing specially Romeo he was amazing he helped us even with the shittle . he directed us how to use it where to go and where to stay . all the recipients people were wonderful and very helpful . flexible with every thing acually they made our stay easy for virst time visited in the Tivoli . but the location acually was pretty far u will need taxi or shuttle to go to Tivoli attraction .

The rooms are modern and clean and the hotel was easy to find. One incredibly kind staff member even helped us with another booking!

The only downside is the restaurant! Don't eat there (food was overpriced and so salty it was inedible)! The female servers made fun of us in Italian while we were sitting there and when my friend who is Italian called them out on it they just scurried off (they clearly thought they could get away with it because they thought we didn't speak Italian), no apology, nothing!

I like a big room and comfy bed, airconditioned room, which made sleep much better. The hotel has its parking lot in front of the door. The wifi was good. Breakfast was offered in the form of Swedish tables, with a limitation that prior to the entry you were checked for temperature and you have had to wear plastic gloves. I found it very practical because you could enjoy the hotel as we used to be while covid safety was pretty high. In fact, it was one of the best systems I found in hotels recently. The selection was quite ok, focused more on Italian breakfast, and less on the continental so vegetables you will hardly find. Here they could do be better.

I think the hotel is in a need of refurbishment, the bathroom was small and the shower area was barely kept together. It was functional but with a last effort. I was slightly disappointed with the hotel restaurant. I am not comfortable when they instead of menu bring QR code and you should jump onto some website - it requires functional wifi in the restaurant, and also the screen of my mobile has to be 3x bigger so I can read it. I also found the place as expensive, and quality just medium, maybe I only have had bad luck. The funny part was getting a bill when I have got several bills from somebody else and mine was not there. Staff was not trained appropriately for work in restaurants, I think summer student part-timers.

Location was good for visiting Tivoli attractions by car. Also a good cheap stopover for the airport. TV had a film and sports channel. Staff friendly. Small mini bar in the room.

I could hear background music until 11pm, when thankfully it switched off. I think it may have been coming from the pool, which was below my room.

The hotel offered everything we needed, confidante bed, clean and soft towels, good size bed, free parking. The staff were also very nice and welcoming. The stay was exceptionally good considering the price. The breakfast was not the best but okay to have. The location is in nowhere but easy to reach by car from the hotel so it wasn't problem for us.

It was attractive with a nice pool and restaurant.

The property was in a commercial area only accessible by car or taxi and taxis were hard to get on a Sunday. The shuttle service was by reservation only.

very secluded in the countryside but a short taxi run into Tivoli, 30min train ride into Rome, excellently situated if you want to visit Rome but want to avoid the “in city” hotels (mega expensive) and relax after a hectic day by the magnificent pool.

Good location very close to Emperor Hadrianus Villa, and a short car drive to Tivoli. Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff who always had a smile on their face when they greeted you. Nice pool area and restaurant with a good variety of dishes for dinner. We enjoyed our stay.

The airconditioning didn't work well; it only took temperature down to 26 C, so we had to sleep with the window open.
