the location, the public transport is not available near the hotel you have to walk aprox 20 from the bus stop, the bus stop is in a highway, be careful.

Hotel is modern, room size was not too big, but ok. Clean. Bed was comfortable. Big and easy to use safe-box was very appreciated. The staff was polite and helpful. They fixed immediately the lights that were not enabled initially and prepared a coffee even if I requested it just outside the closing time of the kitchen. Nearby the hotel there is a nice pool area with tables in the garden.

The room had no fridge, and the breakfast was quite basic.

Plenty of parking. Comfortable rooms. Shopping mall within walking distance with a food hall. Very friendly and helpful staff - a special mention to Daniele who always greeted us with a warm welcome, always smiling and nothing too much trouble. Thank you. The Hampton is very lucky to have you.

Not as close to the Metro as expected. Taxi cost €40 round trip. Our final day we drove to the Metro and was very surprised it cost just €1.50 for about 4 hour stay. The Metro is very simple to use and cheap - would recommend. We would stay again but would not bother with breakfast. It was too busy and very quickly ran out despite arriving to breakfast at different times. In fairness the hotel did their best to replenish it.

Davide, the receptionist was extremely nice. The rooms are clean and well furnished. We had an issue with the lock of the bathroom, which got stuck the first night, but it got resolved quickly.

At the breakfast, there was a guy marching around vigorously, and literally picking up dishes from our tray, that seemed not in use anymore, which seemed like rushing us, although it was 9.20 AM. Not to mention his communication with coworkers, at one point we heard him yell at the coworker something like "Questo, non toccarlo" or "Don't touch this one.", addressing her taking away a trolley of used trays. And this is even weirder, since he is literally picking up dishes from guests, and no one asks him to. And he is the only reason I disliked my stay there.

Hampton by Hilton Rome East is a good choice for visting Rome as long as you have a car to move around. The room was clean and breakefast quite satisfying. The personell was quite helpful and informed us about the restrictions applying to the use of cars in Rome.

Our main complain is that we had to change room after our arrival due to plumping issues and our new room was not satisfying. The equimpent was outdated and its view worse. The toilet brush was broken, the door of the bathroom stuck all the time, there was no hairdryer, the towels was just for one person and there was no soap. The toilet had signs of dirt. The personel tried to adress this problems but not sucessfully in the case of toliet brush, toilet cleaniness and bathroom door. Probably due to the crowd that arrived during our stay. It was the independence day for Italy.

Knowing I was staying five nights, the staff booked me in a room on the top floor way off to the side where I would experience no sound. (Which I loved.) Nobody was booked in any room near me either. (Which gave me silence.) My room was cleaned everyday. A broken light was fixed upon my arrival (and request). My laundered clothes were perfectly folded. The gym was spotless and ordered. Everybody was polite and very helpful in all ways. I also appreciated that there was a mall a 3 minute walk away, separated by a beautiful field of poppies and grasses.

I felt the food choices needed to be healthier. I travel with my own homemade granola for this reason. Of course, I ate the fresh apples and bananas offered, but the eggs, sugary cereal, sugary yogurt and sugary pastries don't leave people too many options. I travel a lot so I know what to bring with me, but it was very limited.

Whoever responsible for this hotel in terms of service, cleaning, breakfast was doing flawless job. Stayed there for 6 nights and everything went perfectly.

Public transportation reaches max point of about 1.7 km away from the hotel. You must rent a car, use taxi, or be a part of a group with organized bus transports.

toilets inside the room was so clean and they have bidet nozzle which i loved. staff was awesome. clean rooms.

there is not much place you can eat. you can order but no halal food around the facility. and location is 25 mins away from city center by car. and near the hotel be careful at night because there are hookers waiting by sidewalks like 2 km away from hotel.

No shower door water went all over main floor ,water not hot enough in shower Restaurant on site not to good Breakfast needs to be changed up a little good but not for 4 days in a row🙁

Hotel is very clean. Stuff was nice and friendly. Room was clean and cozy. The restaurant/bar next to the hotel was excellent.

There is no direct Metro or city bus line from the center to the hotel and back. It is not disadvantage, but just to know you should use Taxi to the first metro station or directly to the city center. Taxi rates are not high.
