Location is very central, host is so kind and super quick to respond any question or need. Room is clean, have a good view and comfortable. For breakfast you have some ticket to spend in the bar which is 10m far and they have lots of options. For our case it was Easter and actually everywhere near by was close so they gave us money in the same amount of ticket. Normally check out at 10am but we had train at 19. We asked if they can keep the luggage and instead they gave us the room until that time. I assume it was because it was Easter there was not an up coming guests but it was really nice of him. Overall it was a really good experience.

We had a tiny room with a bath attached to the owners apartment apparently. We were given a key to the bedroom but were off limits to the living area. That didn't bother me. I am very flexible and found it very interesting. It's Europe! We had a great view of the old medieval street below from our windows. I have found that most of the hotels want us out no later then 10:00am sharp! We wanted something inexpensive; the price was right including breakfast next door in a little café. The owner of the café was so nice and his pastries was the best; not to mention the excellent coffee. He made it fun.

Such a beautiful spot. Bed was comfy. Our host recommended a restaurant, Due Mori, and it was sooo good. I ate ostrich. Blew me away. Tasted like venison. Tender and delicious. The location is absolutely fantastic. We are sorry we just stayed 1 night. Would have been nice to experience more of this great town.

Amazing breakfast! My partner is celiac and brought her own breakfast snack from home but even so the owner made her an amazing gluten free breakfast with lot of options! Very central location. Very nice room with and excellent shower.

great location. privacy, nice looking room and bathroom. Helpful suggestions from our host. Water bottles in room.

Highly unpleasant smell from automatic perfume dispenser, some mold spots in bathroom, some dust here and there. Very meagre breakfast (1 croissant and a coffee, wasn't offered more for our coupon).

Great location almost in the centre of this beautiful city, close to the fantastic castle and magnificent Duomo in it's piazza.

Parking was an issue. A message from the owner on the day we arrived advised that parking was available about 70 metres away. However it turned out to be closer to 350 metres we had to haul our luggage. The air_ conditioner was too noisy and gave off far too much light to sleep with it on. There was very little room around the bed for luggage etc and nowhere to put anything on. This accommodation was promoted on booking.com as "Junior Suite in a luxury B&B" That was far from the truth It is misrepresentation in fact by booking.com.vs

the staf is very nice man, but unfortunatly the breakfast not any more 9.5!!!! it was max 3 of 10! because it in voucher 4 euro per person of one cafe! and it was un acceptable! except this, other things was good

very small and cold breakfast poor as only given £10 voucher for two people to spend in local cafe shower ran cold during second person shower towels had a smell when wet
