These are the most positive scores I have given any property. I was pleasantly surprised from the beginning. A lot of thought has obviously been given to what makes an apartment comfortable and good to stay in. I'd particularly highlight the door and windows - each heavy and thick which kept practically every bit of noise out - and the underfloor aircon/ heating. I also liked the large walk-in dual head shower.

Nothing really. Anything here would be nit-picking for the sake of this review which would, in my view, be a disservice to YUGOGO.

The apartment is very nice located close to the Dante square and the train station. Easy walk to the city center and main Trento sights. We were three and used the sofa that was very comfortable. The automatic kiosk downstairs had reasonable prices and was quite complete.

Probably more equipment in the kitchen will be appreciated like salt, oil and so on. Using a code to enter the apartment instead a key didn't feel very safe to us since we had to use the same to enter the building and can be seen by someone else.

The location was superb and the staff were awesome, communication was easy and they helped us with our problems. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the bathroom is comfortably big and the windows had blinds. I really enjoyed the easy check-in procedure, as we could do everything over messages and received a code to enter the rooms. The 80-cent coffee from the coffee machine was surprisingly good!

Unfortunately, there was no heating (because heating season in Trentino had not begun) and the first few days were quite chilly. Also, the bathroom was not sound isolated well enough from the rooms, which lead to some unpleasant situations with two people living in the apartment.

The service was great as were all the facilities. The cleaning service is a bonus!! There is a lot of space in the flat and the bathroom is really nice. It is close to everything, and it felt safe. It was also convenient to have the keypad instead of keys. It is a great place to stay and enjoy Trento.

It would have been nice to have some more kitchen basics, such as a spatula and salt and pepper. The bins were also really small and got filled up quickly. Additionally, the kettle sometimes did not work properly.

The location is a short walk from both the train station and the center of town. The room is quiet and very modern with a large kitchen and bathroom with a terrific shower! We were on the 3rd floor but there is a lift so no need for stairs. The best part is their attention to sustainability by providing a refillable water bottle since the tap water in Italy is best.

This is the first place we’ve stayed that did not provide wine glasses but drinking glasses certainly work!

This place is close to perfection, and I've been traveling a lot. The room is extremely convenient, everything is new and/or well maintained. People put lots of thoughts in the decoration of the room and facilities. A great surprise. Location is phenomenal, 2 minutes walk from the old town, and 5 minutes walk from the train station. Shutters block all light, so the room keep extremely dark in the early morning hours.

The place is lacking a public space so people can meet or can sit quietly outside the room and read.

Good location, super close to the old town. A great choice for a short holiday to discover the city. Easy check-in, spacious, clean, quiet rooms.

There are no particular things that I didn't like. I don't prefer the automatized heating & A/C system, lighting - but this is individual preference -- here it was a bit annoying. But that is not so important, and we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing apartment, clean, comfortable, very well located, has all needed amenities, bathroom is huge, beds are comfortable, communication with the owner was quick and online, online check-in. I wish we could stay more, so next time in Trento, I will book this place.

Wifi did not worked well in the bedroom, but this did not influenced on our satisfaction with the place.

car park is little bit tricky to find,and also very expensive,but to be honest is not an issue from the accommodation facilities.

It was a pleasure experience. We found the apartment clean, it was a one room apartment with an open kitchen and a TV lounge. The check-in process was smooth & automatic with code. The location was right in the center of Trento city.

Although we didn't need it but it would have been a nice addition if there was an oven in the kitchen.
