Hotel Relais Vecchio Maso

Location: on the hill, 10 minutes car drive to the Trento center, on a very good, and not so busy road. Could be noisy, but the traffic is light, and closed windows provide good noise protection. Staff: very friendly, accommodating special requests Breakfast: plentiful choice of savoury and sweet options, teas selection, good coffee Dinner: 3 options of each course, quick service Parking: on site with no additional charge WiFI: throughout, totally adequate even to watch movies Cleanless: immaculate For wheelchair users: although the hotel does not have a “disabled room”, the premises are fully wheelchair friendly, meaning: from the parking right in front of the hotel entrance or from the garage there is a level entrance to the hotel; spacious lift is connecting all levels; access to the restaurant and to the rooms is flat; the room ( wooden floor) and the bathroom are very spacious ; entrance to the shower cabin is flat and large enough, just need to ask the reception to provide you with the chair for the shower cabin you can transfer to; decent size balcony has also levelled entrance. SPA premises have not tried.

The staff was truly really nice. Very good value for the money (including dinner). Big comfy king sized bed. Nice wellness area. Well renovated and decorated interiors.

The spa was not included into the fee, like also towels and accessories- which never occurred to me before in a 4 stars hotel. There was a mini bar in the room but no trace of beverages, not even water, not even for purchase. An addictional pillow would have been nice, expecially for such a big bed

Location was very nice, near to the hills and forest. Fresh air. Staff were very friendly. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean—room interior still seemed quite new. All fixtures in working order. The four-course fixed-price dinner at the hotel restaurant was also very good.

Beautiful Place so stay, wonderful garden, nice and very friendly people working there, view to the mountains and very recommenable.

not 100% clean, breakfast a bit random, evening menue not very recommendable (and only possible to dine inside)

Incredible view, great welcoming staff (especially at the restaurant), very comfortable bed.

The only thing we noticed during our short stay is that shower drain wasn't working very well in our room. Other than that can't really point out anything.

Huge, beautiful room. Very friendly, helpfull multilingial staff. Excellent restaurant and spa. Superb view from the balcony, good location. I was only planning to stay one night but i was so impressed that i booked a second.

Room had some cobwebs between the cieling beams, Hammam in the spa was switched off.

all good, except that spa/swimming pool is not included in the price of the room and apparently is not accessible under 15 years old. Just better to make it clear from the website. overall stay was good

We enjoyed the view from the room and balcony with chairs (also blanket was available for colder days). Breakfast were very tasty and wide offer. I enjoyed also the wellness area with several saunas. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Charming hotel outside of Trento with a great spa to relax. Breakfast was good and hotel staff were attentive throughout our stay. Rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. We liked the hotel so much, we even came back again a second time two weeks during our holiday.

Hotel was very nice, however, in the bedroom and bathroom we spotted a few silverfish.

The staff was very kind and the rooms spacious and clean with a nice atmosphere. We loved the wellness area as well. We had no problems bringing along our two dogs. The restaurant has a good quality for the pricing.

The parking outside has a bit of an uncomfortable access if you have a normal car.
