Comfortable bed

The website indicates an elevator; what it doesn't indicate is there are stairs to the elevator and more stairs after the elevator and stairs to the breakfast room, not so easy with crutches! We arrived about 1:30 am as our train was delayed. The front desk was deserted, so when my first couple of rings brought no one, I held the buzzer down and a young man showed up to open the door and check us in, no smiling involved. He showed us the stairs to the elevator but didn't help carry the luggage to the elevator; instead, he walked up the stairs, met us at the elevator and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs to our room. Much appreciated!

Worn down, though very clean. Elevator stops between floors, so you need to take a flight of stairs up or down (with suitcases) every time. Logical, minding the location, but it’s good to know that the hotel is on a very busy street, so if you are sensitive to outside noise, you might not be comfortable. You need to go through the full login sequence every time you need Wi-Fi (the settings are programmed not to allow automatic login).

The staff is very polite and proffesional. The hotel is very nice and clean, our room was very comfortable and warm, the bathroom was very spacious. We were there only for 1 night because we had to catch a flight early in the morning. We chose this hotel because it was very close to the Trieste Centrale train station where we had to catch a train to airport early in the morning. Everything in hotel was excellent, but location was the best thing. 2 minutes walking distance to train station. We will for sure reccomend it.

Great location and a nice view. The bathroom's recently renovated. Despite being located in a busy street, it's very quiet in the room with the window closed (but you can still hear what your neighbours are up to). The breakfast was varied and the waiting staff were friendly and polite. A nice breakfast room, too.

We would’ve really appreciated a kettle or a coffee maker in the room.

Very comfy bed. room was warm so a great place to relax in with the cold "borra" outside. Breakfast was decent. Staff were very friendly and all spoke English. Very close to the train station and bus station. Lots of good places for food within a 5-10 minute walk.

No kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room despite them being shown in the photos on the website. Though you could get tea down in reception.

This hotel is centred in the middle of Trieste - it is very well kept, clean rooms and bathrooms - breakfast excellent - considering the price paid for a family of four it was excellent. Yes, we shall return to this hotel and we highly recommend it to future visitors

I’ve made a reservation for ten people, me and my friends. The location was excellent, 5 minutes from the canal. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was OK. The price was fair and I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for 3 stars accommodation.

We didn’t have serious complains.

Cleanliness, comfortable and very central to the bus/train station and other main attractions. Check in and check out are very fast and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Also it is reasonably priced.

The room was quite basic and it didn't have a coffee machine however it served our purpose well as we were out most of the day.

The location, an easy walkfrom the train/bus depot was stellar! The staff super helpful, the breakfast great.

Our toilet was occasionally....not as helpful as we'd have liked it to be.The shower was almost as big as a phone booth We would get a larger room next time

closeness to both train station and bus station. the breakfast was great and in a lovely setting, very bright and airy, staff very friendly and helpful

the elevator was weird as it stopped between floors, anybody with mobility issues would either have to walk up or down stairs still! very odd
