Turin City Centre

The attention from the people who greet you is excellent, and the girls who help you with breakfast are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. The room is always clean, comfortable as well as the bathroom. All the services that are reported are provided. The breakfast is quite good because they have variety: bread, croissants, fruit, coffee, juices, boiled eggs, yogurt, water, cheese, ham, among others. The location is excellent, close to downtown and 1 minute from the train station. I would return to this hotel. I felt at home.

Well located close to bus, tram, metro and Porta Nuova Station. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff is very welcoming and nice. I arrived earlier than check in time to drop my baggage but they gave me room access earlier. In the night i noticed airconditioner was not working correctly and needful was done immediately to give another room.

Breakfast very limited choice and croissant was not fresh. We didn't even liked the coffee and juice. I just ate toast and butter and banana. Breakfast require big improvements. Room granted where air conditioning was properly was smaller. Appreciate if could check air conditioning before granting a room as inconvenient to have to change room middle of night. But I really appreciate that needful was done.

Just crossing the road to train station Porta Nuova. Clean room, basic if you are just passing 1-2 nights in Torino. walking distance from center and good restaurants.

Breakfast was poor, a lot of patisserie (croissants and cakes witch I don’t usually eat), just one sort of fruit and lack of vegetables. For the money that I paid extra for breakfast, next time I will just cross the street and eat the breakfast at the restaurants from train station where you can find variety of options.

Confusion during check out, i was asked to pay an already paid reserved stay one week prior to checkin in. It was a bit disorganized and should have been done between booking.com and hotel discussion. I already showed the receptionist that i had paid thru my bank and even showed the phone entry and date of payment confirmation, still he asked me to pay then after rechecking he had to cancel the transaction on my card. Hassle

Room was very clean and very comfortable. Excellent location close to the main train station but still nice area. Easy to walk anywhere, supermarket round the corner. Bed was super comfortable. We only stayed one night passing through Turin but would stay again if looking for a simple budget hotel.

No toiletries in the room at all, even hand soap. Would have appreciated being able to wash my hands on arrival! Room basic with some visible wiring but nothing to be concerned about.

Being very close to train station Porta Nova(50m) you can hear the train noise sometimes in the early morning.Breakfast is minimal in best case ,they have very few products.it s more an 3 star hotel

1st. I was super welcomed by the receptionist he let me use the room before time on the booking. 2nd. When I visit Italy usually I always get sweets for breakfast but this time no. we had toast.. cereala.. eggs.. coffee juice sweets everything was superrr clean

just a small problem that the phone next to bed was disconnected only there was 1 in the bathroom which no one answered but above all was super excellent. thank youuu

Located a matter of minutes away from the Porta Nuova train station. It is very close to restaurants, shops, bars and not far to Piazza San Carlo and the central areas for sightseeing. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable and spacious (double for single occupancy) . I would happily return to this hotel.

We did a short weekend stay and I found the hotel perfect! Super close to the Porta Nuova train station, excellent for walking to the centre and exploring, clean and staff was great and did an awesome job to make us feel welcome.

Facility is bit old and some things are not well maintained. But the stuffs are very kind and friendly. They were always helpful for me. Location is very easy from the main station, that means very convenient but bit dirty surchmstance.
