The staff here are so lovely and helpful. Especially the Australian lady (sorry we didnt catch your name!) The location is absolutely perfect as its very close to walk to everything such as the rialto and st marks square but not too close that its super busy. The boat from the airport took around 1 hour and if ypu get off at st angelo its only a 5-10 min walk. I would definitely recommend this as a base for exploring venice. The little square just beside is perfect for drinks, food and people watching!

The only thing i would say is that the room was quite small. However this did not us and it wouldn't put me off staying again.

The hotel is located in a good convient area which means that it does not take long to get anywhere. The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable we had a really good nights sleep. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options. All of the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. We especially loved sitting out the front to have a glass of Prosecco and our breakfast in the morning. The shower was good and I liked that we had toiletries and a bottle of water. I feel that we had everything we needed. I would have loved to stay an extra night. This hotel in my opinion is much better than a one star hotel.

There is nothing I did not like

This is such a lovely hotel. Very charming, cute, quiet and clean. The staff is nice and welcoming, and the breakfast in the morning is so delicious and fulfilling. The localisation of the hotel is great as well. I cannot stress how much I enjoyed my stay, I felt like princess there. I highly recommend it.

There isn't anything i didn't like. My room in particular didn't have the best natural light, and there wasn't a bathroom in my room so I had to use one located in front of my room. But those details weren't event inconveniences, and certainly not something I would complain about.

This property is like a quiet haven away from the noise, hustle and bustle of the main tourist parts of Venice. On the outside the property is rustic old Venice but on the inside modern, clean, up to date with fast WiFi. So there is a beautiful balance between the old and new Venice. All staff were wonderful, kind, caring and attentive. They were full of helpful knowledge and direction of where to experience the traditional old historical Venice and the new. Highly highly recommended.

The breakfast was very basic and did not meet the needs of special dietary requirements GF, Dairy Free, Lactose free. Everything else was awesome.

The location is absolutely crazy, no better location than this, middle of everything you need, barely 10 minute walks to everywhere you need, I CAN'T SAY THIS ENOUGH, THE LOCATION IS THE BEST. Close to S. Angelo bus stop, just perfect, probably around 3 minutes walk. Hotel gives more of a pastoral feeling than a crazy tourist location, I loved it, sitting outside for breakfast is just beautiful, coming back each evening such a calming experience. Staff are very nice, and helped us about how we get bus tickets to the train station, from the bus stop. Will defiantly come back to this hotel if we visit Venice again.

The bathroom is quite small, the room was adequate for 3 people, the beds were large enough, quite soft but some people probably like it. Would love if we were able to grab our food ourself instead of asking, things like fruit and juice, maybe a bit more of a selection would be nice but the taste of the food is good and fresh.

It was such a cute hotel in a great location. In a quiet little square but around the corner from a larger square with restaurants and shops. Easy walk to the Basilica and Grand Canal. The breakfast was simple yet delicious and the staff were lovely. We were to first to sleep on the new mattress in the room and it was very comfy!

The room was rather small, we did book the external bathroom which was annoying and we probably wouldn’t do next time. But that is personal preference and not something that was a hotel issue.

First of all, I would like to thank the ladies and gentlemen (I don't know their names) at the reception. They are very interested and ready to help. It was also very polite of the gentleman to ask for information about my family after learning that I was Turkish. Since I was going to leave early in the morning (due to the earthquake), they had prepared a small breakfast of ready-made foods for me the night before.

Everything is so beautiful up to here. But if you are a big person like me, you may have a little difficulty in the hotel because it is narrow and small. (at least my room)

great location (10-15min walk to all the tourist sites). I stayed in a single room with external shared bathroom. was a little anxious concerning this but had no issue at all. the bathroom is very modern and was kept clean! bedroom had all the classic Venetian feel. the bed was super comfortable, my best nights sleep across my visit to Rome, Florence and Venice. staff was super hospitable and friendly. breakfast included was varied and delicious. if and when I visit Venice again, I’ll be sure to stay here.

it was an adorable property close to a vaporetto stop and a 10 minutes walk from piazza San Marco. Breakfast was amazing and outdoors on good days or room service on bad days. The staff was amazing and helpful (they even came to get us when we got lost 2 minutes from the hotel for our check in, it was user error we had walked right past them) All in all we would stay there again we truly loved our stay.

the room was small but that was expected at any property in Venice and it had everything we needed. small but comfortable and so cute.

The staff were so hospitable! Anthony and Rose were amazing and made our stay a really nice one with a comfortable check in and accommodated to our every need. The location was within walking distance of everything but not in a crowded area. The rooms were clean and A/C helped us to relax. We will be back because of the hospitality!

The rooms were small but expected in Venice. Be aware that there are no lifts but staff will help you carry bags. Entrance Cards will make access easier than keys.
