Upon arrival, the host Andrea was waiting for us and check-in was very easy. The rooms are extremely clean, including the bathroom, and quite modern. Breakfast is good too, with both savoury and sweet options. Location is central, you can reach the main sights on foot and there’s also a water-bus stop round the corner. We had a late flight after check-out and were able to leave our bags at the property and collect them later on in the day with no problems. Andrea was very helpful and gave us information on how to get there, attractions etc both before our stay and during. The perfect stay in Venice !

the entire home is curated and decorated so beautifully and in exquisite taste. it’s super trendy looking and extremely comfortable as well. The host Andrea is just a super friendly and easygoing person and made us feel at home from the start. He gave us lots of good advice and great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The location of the property is AA! just meters away from the pier & so easy to get around Venice. breakfast is wonderful. The host, and this beautiful home, is really what made our stay memorable.

The best host anyone could ask for. Very friendly, helpful and attentive to detail. The room was not too big but very well equipped with everything you need: extra pillows and blanket, hairdryer, mini safe, large wardrobe. We liked the shower, very comfortable bed. The windows had good insulation for sound and light if you want to sleep longer. Nice breakfast. Great location (less than 10 minutes walk to San Marco square, Rialto bridge or Academia bridge). Heater with a thermostat to set preferred heat level. It could make the room very warm if needed. Check-in is very easy: clear guidelines to reach the location and enter your room.

Everything was perfect. Slippers might be useful though.

I really like such apartment hotel. Andrea is so helpful person and even we makes a mistakes - he always pleasure to help us. He also good in advises of places where to go, how to deal with earlier checkout, etc. Breakfast was also great and reallt taste.

There nothing to say what I don't like in such apartment. The only thing that it was hard - you need all the time walk in Venezia and there really hot. But its not related to apartment but to the hot time in summer :)

Great location - everything was within walking distance. Very clean - quite a large room compared to other accommodations and it was cleaned daily. Excellent breakfast - put in a special request for gluten free and they went that extra mile to provide bread, pastries AND snacks. Accommodating staff - Andrea was always on call and made sure we were comfortable. Everyone had a smile on their face. We also forgot our headphones in the room and Andrea shipped them to London for us.

Excellent location. Very friendly, communicative and flexible host - thank you Andrea! No problem with very late night arrival, and leaving our luggage on check-out day was simple. Bed very comfortable, and shuttered windows kept out the light for a very peaceful night's sleep. Everything clean and neat - beautiful B&B covered in art pieces. Breakfast offered good coffee and plenty of variety for a small spread. Croissants were fresh and tasty. I'm torn between recommending this place to everyone I know... and keeping it a secret in the hope that there's a room available there every time we want to go to Venice!!! :D

The B&B was fantastic! It is located in a very central area making it convenient and accessible for daily activities. The B&B itself is both modern and homely, with clean and comfortable bedrooms, along with perfectly functioning wifi and air conditioning. The breakfasts were very good with a wide selection of food and drinks. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay in this B&B again!

Great location 10-15min walking from S. Marco square and situated in a calm neighborhood. The room, like the whole apartment, was recently entirely refurbished. We did not see the owner during our stay but our check-in and check-out were flawless thanks to clear explanations sent in advance.

There's no blind on a little square window but we could solve the issue by plugging the window with a pillow. Slightly noisy in the morning due to the cleaning lady preparing the breakfast.

I recently spent 5 nights at B&B Fortuny, and had a wonderful stay. The location of the B&B is great, easy to get to if travelling by public transport i.e. train and water bus (Tip - follow the owner's directions, not Google maps!) It is only a few stops down from the Train station if you use the water bus, and a 2 min walk to the B&B from there. It is a 15min stroll to St Marks's and old town, so convenient for all the sights. Dependent on your room, there are a couple of flights of stairs, but Andrea kindly helps with bags! It is also located in a quiet street, so I slept very well. the amenities such as heating, wifi, shower etc were also good. Andrea and his team were very friendly and helpful, and he will also provide you with a map and tips of what to see and get around Venice. The communication before and during the stay was also good. The breakfast provided is excellent, probably the best breakfast I had in a B&B in Italy, a large variety of options (continental breakfast), and very generous quantities. I would highly recommend this B&B.

My wife and I really liked Andrea, he was informative about the room, the city, and things to do. He even took a map out and outlined a two day itinerary for us when we first got in, helping tailor the activities to our liking! We also loved the space. It was a cozy bedroom to come back to at the end of the day but still had all of the amenities we needed to clean up for the next day (coffee pot, tea bags, large shower, fast wifi).
