Very close to Hakata train and bus station. Comfortable bed and pillow, and clean room with daily change of towels and mats. Free sumptuous breakfast.
The room has limited space for more than one piece of luggage and table space. Limited rack for clothes hanging too.

Yes, love this hotel provides simple but variety choices of Western n Japanese foods
No complaints. What a joke, after we check in hotel, went out for shopping etc , came back to hotel and cannot open the door. Check with reception staff, what a joke we came to the wrong Tokyo inn Hotel. I think Hotel should consider change name to Tokyo Inn No 1 or No 2

The room space is bigger than I thought. I could open my luggage to pack up. The price is also including breakfast. In addition, the hotel position is closed to Hakata station. We could go by overpass and there is an elevator which could easily arrive.

It is in the heart of Hakata, shopping, dining, bus terminus and Hakata station are all within 7 minutes walk. The cleanliness of the linen and the room is another plus of this hotel.
Maybe my timing was not so right, the staff was not able to refill the food and bread in time during breakfast time.

The lift is very small and is busy especially during morning hours.
