Good location, flexibility for journey, delicious breakfast, clean and diligent housekeeper, good balcony for view

If TV programs could be richer or with more English content, maybe they would be more friendly for international guests. Thank you a lot

GREAT LOCATION! It has direct access from the subway if you take the East 4 exit or you may also take the Chikushi Exit which is a few meters walk to the hotel. There is Lawson and Starbucks right outside the hotel. There are a lot of stores/malls and restaurants that are in the area of the hotel and Hakata Station. The staff of the hotel are friendly and helpful. They offer welcome drinks and soba upon check-in. The room is small but good layout. We were able to fit and move comfortably with 2 medium suitcases. They provide drinking water everyday and even if you don't ask them to clean your room for the day, they will replenish your water and provide you with new towels which they will hang on your door.

Location is perfect for my trip, the subway, shinkansen, JR, bus, taxi, are all just few steps away, lots of convenience stores and good restos in the area. Visited during fall and the room was warm which I didnt quite like and the staff immediately turned on the aircon to make the room cold. The staff are helpful. As to the room, you can hear sound from outside if standing near the door, where the sink is, but if Im on the bed, it's very quiet. The pillows are small but I still got very good sleep

Location was the best, easy access to JR/metro/local bus without getting wet! (It was raining for most of our trip). Size of the room was way bigger than we thought. I had a 2 year old toddler with us, she had some space to run around. Hotel was thoughtful enough to install the bedrail for us. Breakfast was superb, stayed for 8 days. Even we had the same thing everyday, the mix of western and Japanese choices were great to start of in the morning.

The cleanliness of the room was average. There were tissues from the previous guests next to the bed when we arrived. There was a bit of smell from the toilet but it was still tolerable. We asked for extra towels on the first day as we have 3 pax but then we had to repeat the ask everyday as they only replaced with two each day.

Breakfast are the best which we have throughout the Japan trip that my family and I have so far. Variety of choice of food to choose. Staff are friendly, warmth and understandable. Upon arrival , the staff guided us to storage of luggage in the hotel. Speak excellent English. A good place for resting upon reaching Fukuoka international Airport to Hakata Station. Please look out for Chikushi Central Gate. Level 2 Hakata station serve good Ramen noodles. 3 to 5mins from hotel. Room is big and very comfortable for family. Recuperate place before commencement of the Japan trip. Clean, welcoming and home feeling. A place to re-adjusting our body immune system as just touch down to Fukuoka Airport.

My family and I have no comment as our stay in hotel left good memorable stay.

The location can't be any better. I like the convenience of the transportation. Spoilt for choice on the food, shopping and convenience store. Since I stayed 2 other hotels in Sapporo before coming Oriental I would say this is the best of all 3. Communication also proves to be the best. I didn't have much trouble relating to what I need.

Breakfast didn't change the least for the past 5 days I stayed there. In the end we decided to skip 2 breakfast. And I was slightly disappointed that there was no room service meal menu for a hotel like this.

I liked the hotel's location to the main train station, it was very convenient. The breakfast buffet that was included with my room was very good and the staff in the restaurant as well as the front office great!

I was surprised that there was no chair for the table in my room, I had to pull the table up to the foot of my bed and use my bed as the chair while I worked on my laptop; I would have appreciated a desk and chair. The sink area was a little cramped. If I have the opportunity to return to this property, I will see what other room layouts are available.

- Perfect location! The hotel entrance connects to underground passage and very close to subway “airport line”. You can get to the airport within 5-10 minutes!! (2 stations only) and walk to all railway services and restaurants around Hakata station within 5 minutes too! - Fantastic breakfast! This special all-you-can-eat breakfast includes Fukuoka recommended dish: tonkatsu ramen, Mentaiko, sushi rice,… . I really appreciate. - Good luggage storage room - Comfortable bed room with nice view

The location is fantastic, literally a 2-minute walk next to the station. We really appreciated this as we were travelling as a family of 5 with children. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful, one even set up an appointment for me as I didn't speak Japanese. My only suggestion is to place a microwave in the lounge area in case guests wanted to heat up food. Overall an excellent stay, good staff, clean comfortable rooms and bathrooms, great value and perfect location! I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is centrally located next to the Hakata Station which is filled with many places to eat. The staff was very helpful, even though I could not speak to them in Japanese. It was an easy walk to the Folk Museum and the main temple of Fukuoka, which was nice.

I can't think of anything except maybe there could be more than just two choices of wine....one red and one whtie.
