comfort and cozy. The location is great just next to Hakata train station and near Nissan Rent-a-Car. The breakfast at the moment is ordered at the table with Western and Japanese menu. No buffet breakfast but is good.

Nothing but if no late check-out charge with an hour is great. And hopefully after the pandemic the Spa can provide towels.

The hotel is very well connected to Hakata Station via underground walkway. The direct elevators to the rooms are literally located in the station’s basement floor so all you need is your keycard and viola. The hotel is very new, modern and has very good sized rooms with spacious bathrooms and great amenities. The TV also has Apple TV so you can watch your favorite shows without worrying for bedtime or while eating in the room. There are a lot of food options (in and around Hakata Station), a Starbucks next door, two Lawsons and a Family Mart just around the corners. The staff were amazing and polite and spoke very good English so you don’t have to worry about the language barrier. Thank you for the amazing service and treatment.

Lovely welcome, spacious, clean and very comfortable room. We had a good 4 night stay here. For breakfast you have a choice out of two options, Japanese or American. I have food intolerances, which makes a set breakfast less attractive to me. The service was very lovely, though. As for the pool area, it has an onsen inside, and a small pool with seating area outside. Otherwise we had a great time on Kyushu, and this hotel is very conveniently located, right across from Hakata station and close to malls and restaurants.

In the end we only went to the outside pool once, because it was quite elaborate to get to and there were quite a few people going into the pool fully clothed (sports clothes), which felt a bit icky.

The hotel is right outside hakata station. It is modern with amazingly large rooms with king size bed. The breakfast offers both western and Japanese food. The bath house is perfect after a long day tour. The outside pool is also warm water, so u can enjoy the stars without any fear of cold. We stayed for 2 day when we first landed from HK. We also stayed the night before departure. If u stay for multiple days, u may not want to select the breakfast included as the set menu does not change. You can still pay on daily basis when u check in. Highly recommended and will use it again for our next visit.

Level B1 is connected to Chikushi Exit 7 (East) of Hakata station offering sheltered pathway to Airport Line. Breakfast is served between a choice of Japanese or Western cuisines and delicious. Room is spacious and interior is new and clean. Overall, Hotel Miyako Fukuoka offers a five-star stay with top-notch service, comfort, and amenities. Highly recommended!

the heated outdoor spa is amazing. the design and the seats in the spa gives a strong touch. for the room, the bed is extremely comfortable. the simplistic and modern design makes everything look clean. it is also well tidied. check in progress also very smooth. Staff knows some English and could communicate properly. hotel location is excellent. Directly at the airport line exit. it is near jr hakata station and other lines as well so you can easily access other places. the mall nearby also have a lot of shops.

Excellent location opposite Hakata Station, the elevator can be taken to the basement to enter the subway station directly. Rooftop pool, although it's adults only after 1900, and it's very shallow and small, more like a kids paddling pool. Good size rooms.

No tattoo policy in the rooftop pool area - I covered mine with band aids but was still asked to put on a tshirt to cover them completely. Room service stops after 2230, very poor for a good 4-star hotel. Breakfast was a little strange, involving a trek to the 13th floor, then it's a choice between a set American or set Japanese meal, no buffet, although the food was actually pretty good.

We had the Japanese breakfast every day, it was excellent with traditional as well as local foods. The rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the onsen as well as the outdoor pool filled with heated onsen water. The location was excellent close to Hakata station and numerous restaurants as well as lots of shopping. Would definitely stay here again if coming to Fukuoka. The staff were very helpful holding our luggage and later helping us with a taxi to the airport.
