Barceló Gran Faro Los Cabos

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I food was subpar, but I wasn't expecting a gourmet meal for all-inclusive so I didn't mind since I was drinking. Premium liquor, the pools were great, and the beach was right there so we were able to walk conveniently to feel the ocean waves. We even got henna on the beach! (paid of course) The live entertainment was fun but I did wish they went a bit later. During the day, it was cool enough to walk around outside of the resort so we visited a few boutiques near by and even went to Cabo San Lucas one of the days. I would definitely come back!

The food could have been better. Live entertainment/music could have went for a bit longer, they ended things around 10pm-12am depending on where you were. I also wish they included room service in all-inclusive, but it was only available for higher level guests.

Me and my boyfriend planned to spend 1 night in Barceló Gran Faro Los Cabos to celebrate my birthday, but when we arrived and spend couple of hours, we decided to extend our reservation for 1 night more - excellent service, exceptional location, delicious food and drinks, unlimited access to bars and restaurants, clean and comfortable rooms. The only thing to remember is that you need to book a table in advance if you want to go to restaurant for a dinner (due to COVID regulations). Highly recommend!

The nice pool , nice room location, nice & clean facilities, not crowded when we were there. Staff were nice and accommodating. Location is close to the town .I don’t have a problem with dinner reservation.

Not a lot of food option in the buffet. Bar closes early. No 24 hr snack bar in the lobby , only the fridge in the room.

Breakfast, lunch, Dinner… snacks …. Every time food was excellent, very good, a lot of choices, location perfect, it’s a great sensation to have an opportunity to eat and feel the ocean breeze at the same time, beautiful view at the Olas restaurant!!

That we have yo stay on line for more then one hour, to book a Dinner… @ the Mexican, Italian, Chinese restaurant. But ones you have booked the experience is very satisfying… excelente good n service!! A especial thanks to Gad, he tread us like a family member… also Miguel Atondo our waiter, the captain Carlos Gonzalez.. on the Italian restaurant!! Great time thanks to them !! Thanks guy keep up the good work!!

They served us poolside, and though not all restaurants were open, the food that was was excellent. Staff was friendly and the place was very clean. Plenty of space between guests and I would see people cleaning all day.

The poolside chairs were limited in how they lay down or sat up. It would be nice to be able to lay flat, or to sit more upright. Only one a la carte restaurant was open at a time. You could go to the buffet but it is not the same. I am not sure why but these places never have decent wine. Its cheap at best. We even stayed premium but still did not have good wine.

There is a plenty of work happening behind the scene to make the customers feel comfortable and pleased and it pays off. The staff is so hardworking and incredibly pleasant, and each minor issue was resolved in no time. Great cooks in the hotel with a similar menu that the other AI hotel has but definitely better to taste. Swimming pools cleaned daily. Overall great hotel.

The pillows could have used a replacement as almost all were like trash. If you struggle with chronic back/neck pain, consider bringing your own one.

Hotel did not honor what was advertised or promised on Booking. Be careful and always check with property.

The pools and the beach. The hotel is a little bit old but is well preserved all pools and gardens are great rooms seem a little old but nice

The whole staff seem new, nobody knew nothing about anything they were kind but couldn’t solve any problem. The breakfast menu was great but all the others totally normal-bad and for the price you pay for the all inclusive package wasn’t worth it.
