Casa Quebrada Hotel Boutique

Casa Quebrada is such a nice hotel. We were so happy to stay in such nice accommodations with our two dogs. The location is close walking distance to the church and great restaurants. The room is beautifully decorated and it’s nice and quiet at night. All the staff were very friendly.

The only thing that was an issue was trying to find some green space for our dogs to do their business. We resorted to taking them to the parking lot down the street a bit.

Staff are friendly and the facilities are very clean. We had an issue with what sounded like gremlins stomping on the floor on the first night but staff were more than willing to address it. Those neighbors left that day but still helpful to know we had the backing from the staff.

The only small issue was the setup with transportation but that seemed to be a mixup that was cleared up.

The room was very comfortable, especially the extra large king size bed. The corner room with balcony and two windows were great for air circulation.

There's no restaurant for breakfast at this hotel. The hotel is right next to a Greek restaurant, but it's a separate property. So if anyone is hoping to have coffee and a croissant or Mexican sweetbread or full breakfast, you have to walk to town for that.

Location, cleanliness, comfort of bed. The staff were very relaxed and helpful. A very pleasant experience. The shower was good.

The air con wasn’t quite working right. We didn’t mention it to the staff though, so maybe it’s a bit unfair to complain about it.

Our room was a nice respite after long days walking the cobblestones. The vibe was upscale and elegant but neither stuffy nor too-cool. The bed was HUGE and the rain shower was lovely. The location is excellent with great access to the main sites, yet we were lucky enough to find street parking. The restaurant that just opened downstairs is gorgeous as well.

The front desk staff was not bilingual, although we did not really have any major issues that could not be resolved in our stilted Spanish.

It's very clean, quiet and beautiful. The beds are comfortable and there is a balcony.

We didn't really get to experience the hotel because there was no electricity in the entire city for the night. So the air conditioner didn't work, the lights didn't work. And there are no regular trash cans, so we couldn't throw trash out unless it's simple stuff. Also it doesn't have breakfast or a restaurant but it's attached to a restaurant that is separate and you can eat there, the food is amazing.

the only issues I found was too much noise from the street and from the people arriving to the hotel. need to have sealed windows and doors. the bed was nice but too soft.

Location is walkable to the center & other places. There is also a very nice Greek restaurant in the property called Bocaciega which has good food & service.

The door to our room drags & hard to open. It needs to be shaved a little bit at the bottom. The shower drain is a little slow too. Those are the only 2 negatives.

Gorgeous and quiet spot walking distance from everything you could possibly need. The front desk attendants were also very helpful, answering questions, providing us recommendations, and helping with bookings. Plus, the beds were extremely comfortable. We'd definitely return!

The wifi wasn't working in our room, though they were working to fix it as we left. Not a big problem, would likely be resolved by the time of any future bookings.

clean & stylish, basically no thrills but good value for money in great location + restaurant attached to hotel is excellent :))

nothing much bothered me since I didn’t have such high expectation (such as no tissues in bathroom)
