clean, good wifi, big bed, nice design of the room and bathroom

on the room only 1 small technical window with no view. if someone speaking outside on reception, i can hear everything. and i was in the room #3, not the closest one. no coffee/tea maker, no restaurant to have breakfast. so, to stay for 1 night its ok, but not more.

The view was so beautiful. The patio was amazing and we could see all the lights town and watch as fireworks went off and the lively town enjoyed the city. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The beds were huge and the pull out bed was perfect for my son. Location was close to everything and even right in the middle of a huge Father’s Day parade. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was a safe, comfortable area. Parking wasn’t that far, just around the corner. And many stores and shops nearby. Very close to the middle of the town by the big churches.

It was a little hard to get extras, like towels and soaps. They are a green facility so I think they watch that. But overall the staff was pretty nice. No food available so we ordered in pizza as we were really tired from the day. But it was a super nice hotel.

Beautiful, well designed and executed rooms! Think it is a pretty new hotel but have no doubt it will gain a following. Big comfy beds and a gorgeous bathroom. Great location in town as well. Great internet as well.

They need some common area, outside space etc for guests. You feel a bit trapped in your room. Maybe offer breakfast or coffee as well for the price. Also there was a mess up on the bill which was their oversight, and they waited til the last minute when I had already called an Uber to ask me for more money. Poorly explained and handled.

Place is very clean. Staff is very friendly. Bathroom is very clean, and beautiful. There are super nice detailed faucets. There is hot water with good pressure. And location is great.

Staircase to hotel. It is quite steep. But that is in all buildings in san Miguel

The hotel was 2 blocks away from the Cathedral so it was very easy to get there, the room was very clean and cozy, I loved the decoration of the room and the building in general and it smelled good. The pillows were amazing and the staff was really attentive, I would definetely stay there again.

The only thing that was a little disappointing was the view since you can´t see anything, the window opens but you can see a hallway for ventilation ( at least in my room floor 1, room 3 )

The staff went above and beyond to assist me. Alma was AMAZING (the same for the gentleman who worked the front desk during the day and housekeeping).

No amentirs (i.e. coffee makers in room, breakfast).

Loved everything it was really clean, in a great location, and the staff was really friendly. Definitely recommend and will be going back with my family

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is near all attractions and restaurants. The room with the balcony is incredible to watch the daily morning hot air balloons pass over the city cathedrals. Bed was comfy and spacious. Definitely recommend.

The rooms were cozy, well equipped with bed, cabinet, and toiletries. Beautiful and charming. As well as comfortable. Recently renewed. Perfect.

The noise from the bar next door cam be a bit too much. The staff was not the friendliest.
