Casa Naré Adults Only

This hotel is very central but very quiet. We did not hear the traffic, barking dogs etc outside of the hotel. It was very peaceful.

The hotel adds a second charge on to the bill which is significant. They quoted 25% of the room rate and actually charged us 30 per cent per night. Unfortunately no one at the establishment spoke English and our Spanish is poor so we were not sure what was going on.

The service was Excellent. Adrian (manager) and his team were amazing. They quickly responded to our needs. The suggested great restaurants and also assisted us with booking taxi and any reservations to the restaurants and spas. I definitely recommend Casa Nare to anyone looking for comfort, cleanness, space, etc

We loved everything about our stay at Casa Naré. From the booking we had contacted with the property initiated by them. Confirming time of arrival to inquiring about our needs. Upon arrival our greeting was warm and friendly and our room was unexpectedly ready though we arrived early in the day. The room was huge and so well appointed. All the touches, with cool decor and books, to the best bedding and great bathroom with all the toiletries needed. An abundance of Hot Water and face cloths and high-end towels. Lighting fixtures are so unique and a ceiling fan, which I love. The grounds were immaculate, with water features, very cozy living room and even areas to sit outside in the courtyard. Breakfast was a treat. Coffee was excellent and homemade jams to made-to-order breakfast. The dining area was amazing, intimate and the company was fantastic. We can’t say enough about the staff. The service was overwhelming and so wonderful. MariCarmen was a joy and listen to us dribble on every morning with a smile. We never came back to the property without warm greetings and happy faces. We travel extensively and honestly one of the best stays ever, and that’s saying a lot.

Not a thing

Our hostess served a wonderful breakfast each morning at a time selected by us. The beds were super comfortable and the fam provided a nice white noise that made our sleeping experience excellent. We enjoyed playing games and talking on the upstairs balcony. The courtyard and surroundings were relaxing and beautiful.

There was not much not to like. We only wished there was a pool.

The staff were very accommodating. The property is beautiful and well kept. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The location is great, walkable to most places we wanted to visit.

The staff was awesome, immediately responsive, helpful and very personable. They offered a delicious and full breakfast every morning. The hotel was very clean and peaceful. It was located right in the city center and all the main points of interest were within 5 minutes walking distance! I highly recommended this hotel!

Lovely firm beds, very clean, cute little fireplace at end of bed, and they got up early to give me breakfast before I left. Street is right on the way to the Fabrica Aurora!

Street to get there was a bit dark when walking home at nights - not hotel's fault but made it feel less central than I thought (it is very central though).

Modern,comfortable rooms. Breakfast was differentveach day with various Mexican specialtiies.

The first two nights were very hot and we could not sleep. It will be good if they invest in air conditioner.
